For Adoptables○ Do not steal or heavily reference my designs.
○ All the prices are on USD, all payments are through PayPal or Ko-Fi
○ You may redesign your character in any way you want.
○ You may not remove my credits from the character's page. If you wish to do so, you're free to add your own credits as a co-designer.
○ You're allowed to re-home your character at any time without previous notice once you've bought them.
○ Avoid re-selling a character for an amount higher than what you originally bought them for unless value has been added to it. Value can be in the form of additional art (yours or someone else's), literature, or any other creative works that I did not originally sell to you. If you break this rule and I notice you will be hardblocked without notice.
○ I can do holds up to 48 hours for first-time customers and up to a week for returning customers. If you're a regular, I might be able to extend this! Always ask first just to make sure.
○ (new) Every user has three slots for claiming (or pre-claiming) adoptables. After that, there is a 72-hour cooldown period that begins from the time of posting on ToyHouse before you can make more claims. This cooldown rule does not apply to adoptables that have been available publicly for a week or longer."
○ Commercial use of my designs is generally not allowed unless otherwise specified. If you're interested in acquiring commercial rights to any of my works, please contact me for more information.*
○ Refunds are not available for pre-made adoptables. For custom adoptables, art commission refund policies apply.
○ If you request a refund for a custom adoptable, you'll lose the ownership of said adoptable and I'll be allowed to sell the design to someone else as a pre-made adoptable.

*Commercial use is allowed without additional charges for adoptables created before Saturday, September 03, 2022. For all other adoptables, a commercial use license may be purchased for a flat fee of 50% the original price.- Example 1: a $30 adoptable + a commercial use license would be $45 total.- Example 2: A commercial use license for an adoptable you originally purchased for $15 would be $7.50. Remember this does not apply to any characters created before September 03, 2022.

For Art Commissions○ Do not steal or heavily reference my art. Profile pictures are allowed, credit is preferred.
○ Estimated delivery time might vary depending on the commission. If you need the art finished before a certain date, please let me know.
○ You're free to repost art you've commissioned from me, as well as use it for any personal and/or non-commercial purposes.
○ Commercial use of my art is generally not allowed unless otherwise specified. If you're interested in acquiring commercial rights to any of my works, please contact me for more information.
○ You're allowed to ask for up to 3 revisions/modifications while I'm working on your piece without any additional charges. If the change is needed because I've made a mistake (For example: I got the design's details wrong), it will not count towards the total.
○ Full refunds are available if requested before I've started to work on your commission.
○ Partial refunds are available if requested after I've started to work on your commission.
○ Refunds are not available after I've finished working on your commission.

- You're free to change anything about the characters you own, including but not limited to their gender, outfit, appearance, species, etc.Can I use your games to make my oc's art/design?
- Yes. All characters made using my Meiker games are usable for non-commercial purposes. If you wish to do so, you can upload them to ToyHou.se like any other character and put the game's link in the credits section.Can I trade/sell characters made using your games?
- No. Commercial use is not allowed for anything made using my games. If you see someone selling and/or trading anything made using them, it is being sold without permission. This includes NFT's, which I do not support and have never sold.Can I repost your art to my Twitter / Instagram / etc?
- If you've commissioned me for said art and/or own the character, yes. You're free to repost it. Otherwise, reposts are not allowed.I sent a PM and have not yet received a reply
- If the PM was directed to me (Razei) and I haven't replied despite having been online, please re-send the PM. I don't purposely ignore anyone, but I do have terrible memory. Reminders and/or boops are always welcome. You can also try emailing me if I haven't been online in a while.
- If the PM was sent to Sino (my partner), please wait a few days. She takes a little longer to reply and I do not open PM's directed at her out of respect for her privacy. If it's urgent, message me and I'll contact her myself.**What is/was the price of x adoptable? **
- Currently open adoptables all have the price in the character's name.
- Adoptables that have already been sold and transferred to someone else have the price they were originally sold for written in the ToyHou.se ownership log.
