Terms of service

By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully. I will deny your request if I notice you didn’t read this. If there are any questions or concerns, feel free to ask me via Instagram, ToyHouse or Twitter DM's.

Commission terms

I reserve the right to refuse and refund
Any commission.If you do not respond within five days of a commission
contact, I will assume you are not interested and
give your slot up to someone else.by commissioning me you allow me to post your
commission on any social media platform, most I will
do is watermark your piece, not tag or mention you.Please do not spam me for updates, I have
a life outside of my work.If your commission requires a male
or facial-masculine character, do not be set on any
style, I am constantly experimenting for them.If I have not started your commission you can make
changes or request another character.You can change the subject of your commission a MAXIMUM
of three times.I draw in between commissions, do not make rude remarks If I have not gotten back to you and you see me doing personal art, it helps me to warm up + avoid art block.Only 3 commission are allowed per slot, any more will be added to a new slot at the end of a queueIf updates are requested past the sketch check in
you are expected to respond within an hour or I will move on without
changes, no exceptions.I try my best to be mature and kind to all commissioners
no matter the situation, If I am faced with rude remarks or
nasty comments of any kind, you will be refunded and blocked
without question.

Payment

starting October 2022 all payment forms will be made
through PayPal INVOICE, unless Cashapp is used.If you would like your commission to remain private, a
%15 fee from the total will be added, as I rely on commissions
for media coverage the most I will do is watermark.Starting March 2023 you can now pay extra to have your commission completed in a week (limited per slots, not available to reference, character sheet or custom commissions)Payment must be made full and upfront, 24 hours minimum unless discussed otherwise.Payment plans available for purchases over 120$
(Must be discussed)If I am unable to do your commission, you will be
refunded the full amount.If you personally request a refund, full amount
can only be given if I haven’t started. After which there
will be a deduction.If you have a strict deadline for your commission you will be
charged depending on the requested date.I can do up to a week hold for trusted mutuals and returning commissioners.

Commercial and
personal use

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.I will never claim the commissioner’s character as my own,
only the copyright to the art work.You, the commissioner, may upload the work done for you to your site as long as it is credited and linked back to my social media.Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use (non commercial use) that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display. You cannot generate income in any way or form with the commissioned work.You retain the rights to the Intellectual Property. (Intellectual Property means your characters in this case)
You may not claim the work to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial.You may not use the work in any involvement with NFT or AIIf you are not sure whether your request counts as personal/non-commercial, feel free to ask me about its intended use.For commercial inquiries, please email me at
