about me !!
artist, musician, fiber arts enthusiast, and overall just a little guy trying to have a good time. most notably i'm a digital artist of around 3 years now and a flautist of 5; i have quite a slew of interests and hobbies but those are the ones i'm likely most known for. i also like marine biology, embroidery, ponds, and the moomins, and my favorite musical artist is tinyumbrellas!i might make this longer sometime i don't really know what to put just yet but yeah !! while i'm not the most socially adept i generally try not to bite and don't mind questions :]

please read before obtaining a commission/design, or in case you're unsure about anything pertaining to them. feel free to ask questions if something is not on here/you want clarification on something that is
art terms
do not copy, reference, trace, or otherwise mess with with my art or style
you may use my art as an icon, banner, etc as long as i am credited for it somewhere!
please do not directly modify/draw over my art; adding hue shifting filters is fine as well as watermarks as long as they show that only the character belongs to you.
please don't repost my art unless it's for artfight/similar purposes
my art is not to be used for ai training/nft purposes
design terms
as with art - i do not tolerate theft, referencing, or anything adjacent with my designs
i don't mind redesigns as long as they're not excessive/the design is still recognizable (this is more lenient for older designs of mine). changing species/shifting them into an existing one is fine
my designs may not be resold for more than they were bought for unless they come with commissioned art that increases their value (it's fine if worth is not exact but please don't drastically raise it if you weren't keeping track)
it's preferred but not required that you have a toyhouse account if you obtain my designs - additionally please don't trade/sell them outside of deviantart and toyhouse as i do prefer to keep an eye on them.
designs that are gifted/traded/won from raffles/otherwise not obtained through buying may not be sold for currency unless there is added art (preferably commissioned)
do not use my designs(or art) to promote homophobia/transphobia, racism, ableism, etc any form of hate/discrimination or draw nsfw/fetish/suggestive art of them. i am asexual and a minor and this makes me highly uncomortable
my designs are not to go to blacklisted users under any circumstances - users and elaboration listed below
public blacklist
this is just a list of users i don't want my work going to; not a list of people to hunt down or that are necessarily bad people - please keep that in mind and use good discretion !!blacklisted users may keep designs of mine that were obtained prior to their being blacklisted; however once sold the designs may not be reobtained by them and other designs may not go to them either.

payment is in full and upfront, this is non-negotiable. at the moment i am only accepting deviantart points.

if ordering a custom design, please communicate appropriately if you have something in mind. i don't mind working with vague prompts but if you do want something specific then please let me know so i can make something we're both happy with
