(TERMS OF SERVICE)
Payment can be done through Paypal (using an invoice) and Kofi. Payment must be sent in MXN pesos. Rough estimates in USD are shown in the price list - due to how unstable the dollar is with my currency (shifting between 17 to 20 pesos per dollar), my prices are showcased with the 20 pesos per dollar value.
Full payment must be sent before i start working on the initial sketch. (Half & half payments can be done for commissions over $50)

I do not appreciate being constantly rushed. It is completely okay to ask for updates anytime! but please know and take in mind that I do have a busy life outside the internet.If commissioning a piece for commercial use (flyers, logo, video sprites, thumbnail, banner, cover, graphic design, etc) please contact beforehand, as it would include a fee in exchange of comercial usage. I would absolutely love to work for you!Please provide a reference image if possible! I can work from written reference descriptions but it is may be hard to translate it to a piece (and if describing, i encourage writing in bullet points please! makes things for a better understanding). If the reference has any noticeable shading, it might be hard for me to pick the accurate colors or details, but will try my best.
Asking for changes in the sketch stage is totally okay! but after five small changes, any additional fix will have a slight fee. changes after the piece is completed will include a slightly higher fee.I have the right to decline any commission without any explanations to anyone, although this will be extremelly rare. Refunds are not accepted after sketch stage has been approved. Tips are non-refundable.Please try to keep conversation related to work and do not cross my boundaries/make me uncomfortable if we are not mutuals/friends. (Included but not limited to: Asking personal questions, roleplaying, making sexual, suggestive or questionable remarks, demand attention from me, trauma dump me, etc.)Commissions can be used from me as artwork examples. The artwork cannot be re-sold as they are only for personal use.
I will NOT allow my art to be turned into a non-fungible-token (NFT) at all. Doing this or breaking any of my terms of service will get you blacklisted from ever buying art from me.Please properly credit me when posting the artwork elsewhere and do not claim it as your own.
