Please read before purchasing designs/commissions
You after required to read and agree with my terms of service when buying content from me. Even when you have not read my terms, you are still unknowingly agreeing to my tos. Failing to abide by my tos may result in warnings, blacklisting and revocation of adoptables.Only me, the creator of the content and the current owners of said content have permission to use as they wish as long as it doesn't break tos.Please notify me BEFORE trading/selling/gifting a design of mine as i may want the design back! [not strict but strict with designs i specify i want back]
my rights
I am allowed to deny purchase, commissions, etc. for any reason and not disclose said reason.
Retain my right to my works for any reason [portfolios, commission sheets, self promotion, etc.]
Blacklist anyone i might be weary about / blacklist anyone who breaks my tos without a first warning depending on the offense/my comfort.
Edit or Change my terms of service at any time
Revoke or Take back designs from blacklisted users for any reason, including fraudulent chargebacks.
regarding payments
Payments are made through Paypal or Kofi
You must either give your paypal or send through ko fi / through paypal invoice.
I will only start working on content when i am fully paid, and will only refund if i believe i can not finish the product. [exception being, refund for emergency money]
Holds are only up for a few days and after the few days i will / have the right to accept a new offer.
regarding chargebacks;
if they happen
Product will be taken back and may be resold to others.
User will be blacklisted from buying from me again.
May result in a public warning of the user if i see it is fit.
If i am refunded back the payment, the product will still be given to the client but might still end up in a blacklist.If i am chargebacked, refunded, etc. i the creator of the adopt have full rights to take back the design and blacklist the user from purchasing from me again.Users are not allowed to put a terms of service over mine that overlaps or breaks my tos unless discussed beforehand.If a user fails to listen to my tos they have the chance to be blacklisted and the design revoked from their possession with possibility of refund.I will not refund on designs, all sales are final once the payment is sent through. I do not control what you do with your money, if you no longer want the design you are allowed to sell/trade/gift with permission/discussion with me first.
you may
You may use the design in an commercial products as you hold the rights to the design. [Stickers, Prints, etc.] Credit is appreciated for the design but not needed.
You may Trade/Gift/Sell the design to anyone who is not on my blacklist.
You may make minor changes to the design or edit the artwork but can not claim as your design/work.
You may co-own my designs with other none blacklisted users and i will not go in between these disputes. Do not inflate or boost the character throughout a co-own and do so fairly.
you may not
You may not sell a character for more than what you bought them for without having purchased art/done art for them yourselves. Gift art/Art trades will not add to your value and is heavily discouraged. Traded/Gifted ocs can not be resold, if found out you may be blacklisted
You may not claim yourself as the designer if you make heavy changes of the design or change the design space on toyhouse. Though it is discouraged to make heavy edits that makes the design less recognizable from the original.
You may not dictate whether a design goes back to you or not once you have sold my design away, as that breaks my TOS.
