here is my terms of service for the different types of commissions i offer, as well as my terms of use for my art and designs !
commission tos:
-i have the right to refuse any commission.
-payment is to be sent before i begin working.
-refunds will typically not be available, unless there is a very specific reason for one.
-full refunds will not be given after i have started working. refund amount will be determined based on how much work i have done.
-if a commission is refunded, i have the right to reuse the piece for personal art or another commission or for my own gain in another manner.
-payment via cashapp prefered. i also have paypal, venmo, and ko-fi.
design tos:
-do not claim my designs as your own.
-do not resell my designs for more than what you payed unless you have added value.
-always credit me as the designer.
-do not remove my watermark.
-do not remove or private my designs on toyhouse.
-if you do not have a toyhouse, i will upload the design to toyhouse myself and put it in a “sold off-site” folder.
-do not sell or give away designs to homophobic/transphobic/racist/ableist/ect. people.
-anyone who breaks these rules will be blacklisted and no longer allowed to own my designs.
-MY DESIGNS CAN AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM YOUR POSSESSION AND RESOLD IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE MISUSING IT OR IF YOU ARE BREAKING MY TOS.

-under no circumstances are you to use my art, designs, or any other creative work in a hateful manner.
-you are never allowed to trace my work or claim my art or designs as your own, even if you payed for it.
-do not ever use my work to disrespect another person.
-misuse of my designs or failure to comply with me and my terms of service will lead to being blacklisted. there is no exceptions to this rule.
