What a terrible world we live in where you can google wild plants or bugs because you're interested in them and the first results are all "how do I kill this"

Where is the whimsy? Where is the kindness? Where is the love for the world we live in and the creatures we share it with? How did we reach this point?

The meaner the top results are for a bug the more I decide I love it. Wasps, house centipedes, mole crickets my beloved. Box elder bugs might make everyone's cars sticky and covered in frass in the summer but now I love that about them.

Jorunna parva, also known as “sea bunnies”, are sea slugs. Their bunny like “ears” are actually chemosensory organs which help them detect chemicals in the water. They’re most commonly found around the Philippines and Japan.
