while the stray cat story may have circulated in 2020 and 2022, this story is actually from the Leningrad Zoo in 2014. (here's the original russian article as well.)
these two felines were introduced at 6 weeks old in order to give more enrichment for the lynx and for education purposes, however they got along fantastically from the start and were eventually moved to permanently live with one another.
a much less exciting story, but a much cuter one as well.

It’s the way Satoru’s leg starts idly shaking when you seem down; the way he has a perplexed pout and how his brows are furrowed as he rummages his mind for solutions on what could help with your mood. If it wasn’t for the black mask, you’d know how he’s stressed out. It’s the way he scans your body language, noticing any crack and trying his best to help. Until finally, he loses his mind & goes.. “baby, what’s up? You seem down.” and oh lord if you cry… you could physically feel the way his heart is crushed as his bulky arms coup you closer, treating you like an esteemed baby feather of the rarest bird sighted ever. Absolutely fragile and absolutely in need of protection. “Tell me what’s up.” He’s not playing around, and as bad as your mood is, his desperation to make it all better is more choking, more desolating than the cause itself. You really can’t do anything about it… Satoru loves you infinitely.

𒁍 Kuran appears to be that typical character who seems like he's going to beat everyone up but he actually has a good heart.
Hibaru called him "A real man among men", Kuran is probably someone trustworthy enough to be the first person you can go to in the same way Hibaru did
𒁍 Kuran is known as the "ruthless" one.
I think he won't let anything or anyone get in his way. If he has a goal, he won't stop until he gets what he wants.
𒁍 Kuran appears to be intelligent person and is canonically skilled
I think that in his personal and professional life, he won't let everyone get close to him. He will not let his feelings speak louder, especially if it is something that harms his position or image. Smart enough to know how to act or when something/someone can harm him, skilled enough to quickly get what he wants
𒁍 He appears to be a good brother, at least to Kou.
Kuran and Kou have the same tattoo on their forearms, I don't think it's just because they are the tenth and eleventh to be adopted, I think they are really close.
𒁍 Personality
He appears to be calm, cold, analyzing the situation around him and making few comments. Kuran appears to be a serious guy but is probably more relaxed around people close to him.
𒁍 As for what he likes
I don't know if he runs a club or host club in Ikebukuro but apparently he likes to party and he definitely likes expensive drinks. 🍾🍾🍾

by appearance, lifestyle, etc... Surely everyone would be womanizers and cheaters but I will judge by his lifestyle(which has been shown so far)
As I said above, he seems to like parties so I think he is not interested in relationships, he probably just wants one night fun "because those are male needs" (Which perhaps makes him a womanizer). But if he found someone he was really interested in, he would want it to be someone who would accompany him to those places. And as I said he also appears to be a trustworthy person, he wouldn't cheat. If he wanted a relationship, then he will make it worth it.
(I won't compare the characters from NNA and TR but I think for Kuran it's the same as for Rindou in tenjiku's CB: Compared to the others, he would be on the list of best boyfriends)
