two trans men being kicked out of their home. urgent help post.

please don't scroll away. me and my boyfriend are being kicked out due to his abusive father. we literally have absolutely nothing left. anything helps. please feel free to share anywhere and as much as you can. i dont know what else to do.

EDIT: i made a post about this too but i figured i should also put this here, i hate that i have to even remotely ask this but please do not tag this post as "cw: transphobia". there is no transphobia present in the post, or in my story, as we are not being kicked out for being trans. we are being kicked out for being disabled. if you'd like to tag this for ABLEISM, which is the appropriate topic, then please do so. i do not mind that. i do not want to tag this myself, as i need this post to be spread as much as possible currently. i need help. and i dont need people turning away because they think transphobia is present in my post. please read donation posts fully before you tag something.
