Commission Inquiries:

Commission inquiries can be sent to my professional email ([email protected]), direct messages to my main Twitter account, torachi_senpai (SFW), or via Tumblr direct messages ( sword-meister-zero ). However, I ask that any potential commissioner wanting NSFW commissions send an inquiry to my NSFW side Twitter blog, akatozeroshub.

RULES AND GUIDELINES

<> COMMISSION RULES: <>

Will draw:✓ Any animal species (pets, OCs, and cartoon (including anime)/tv show/comic (including) animals).✓ Pokémon and Fakemon.✓ Furries (same rules for animals).✓ Natural backgrounds with an animal/anthro (furry) as the main topic.✓ Furry and animal headcanons/forms of human/humanoid characters.✓ Artfully nude furry characters, can have nipples showing (see my Won't Draw section for more details) - strictly applies to NSFW commissions.✓ Furries wearing kink gear like leather harnesses or holding a whip.✓ Inside structures (i.e. inside a stone temple) featuring an animal/anthro (furry).✓ Blood.✓ More or less moderate-explicit animal/beast gore.✓ Single comic pages/double spread comic pages (one per commission).✓ Romantic scenarios with anthro (furry) or feral characters. Will not draw:
X Sexual content/porn: Underage [1], incest, feral NSFW, explicit BDSM/other kinks, and explicit genitalia.
X Humans/humanoid fantasy races.X Complex mecha.X Political art.X City/factory/other high tech artificial backgrounds.X Any art that promotes hate speech.
X Human gore & extremely graphic gore in general (animals or humans).
[1] Aged up versions of them (18+ in age) are fair game for lewd/artistic nudity artwork.Exceptions:
•Friends/mutuals that are 18+ in age can request explicit genitalia on NSFW commissions for anthro (furry) and human characters ONLY. NSFW content of sapient* feral fictional animals or eldritch beings, such as mythical beasts, Pokémon, and monsters are allowed in this case and only this case. I'm not comfortable drawing feral NSFW in a realistic style featuring fictional counterparts of real world animals. For example, I will draw feral NSFW of Flareon, but not Flareon as a real fox. If further clarification is needed, feel free to shoot me a private message.
•If a NSFW YCH (Your Character Here) commission is open, explicit genitalia is allowed, as well as sex scenes. Only in these scenarios are the sexual content/porn exceptions apply to non-friends/mutuals.•Friends/mutuals can pay whenever they are ready (before, during, or after I completed the commission).Asterisk: Sapience vs sentience:
Sentience is the ability to feel and be aware of, perceive, and feel stimuli. For example, your pet dog or your pot plant is sentient.
Sapience is the ability to have abstract thoughts, the ability to reason, the ability to consent, and the ability for critical thinking. For example, humans are sapient because we display the capability to carry out the aspects associated with sapience.Note: humans are both sapient and sentient.

Art styles:

Style 1: Chibi
Character(s)/animal(s) drawn in Chibi style, with or without shading (shading in this style would be a very simplistic cel shading layer). See Chibi examples in the Art Examples Below section.
Style 2: Cartoony
Character(s)/animals(s) drawn in my set of cartoon-y styles (shading can range from cel to simple painterly style). See Cartoony examples in the Art Examples Below section.
Style 3: Folk Art
Character(s)/animal(s) drawn in either my personal folk art style (my take on a combination of Vietnamese & Chinese folk art styles) or a cultural folk art style of your choice. The art will be flat colors only. See Folk Art examples in the Art Examples Below section.
Style 4: Semi-realistic/my default style
Character(s)/animal(s) drawn in my default semi-realistic style, with combinations of cartoony-esque and realistic traits. Character(s)/animals(s) will always have realistic proportions, unless the character/animal in question is a fantastical beast/mythological animal. Shading will be painterly/complex by default. See Semi-realistic/my default style examples in the Art Examples Below section.
Style 5: Realism/realistic
Character(s)/animal(s) drawn in my realistic style, with fully realistic traits and proportions, and the shading style will be complex, detailed shading. See Realism/realistic examples in the Art Examples Below section.
Style 6: Lineless
Character(s)/animal(s) painted/colored without lines. They are painted/colored either via colored pencils/markers where there won't be lines, or via digital painting. My lineless style can also be combined with one or any of the above styles (1-5), as well as their complementary shading styles. See Lineless examples in the Art Examples Below section.

• Add 50% to the base price for any additional character(s)/animal(s) that will also be in the commission.• Prices are to be paid in full via PayPal or Venmo, before I begin your commission. I have three methods where you can send your payment; choose either of them below:
1. Send your payment directly to my PayPal. ([email protected])
2. A PayPal invoice with the commission's exact price will be sent to you for payment.
3. The payment is sent to my Venmo (@/Snazz-Pizzaz-99).
• Prices are non-negotiable.• I also can discuss and accept payment plans: If you cannot pay in full in one go, I also accept payment being split in half, first payment when I agree to working on your commission, and another before I begin. Either that, or payment split into threes: first payment when I agree to your commission ideas, second payment when you approve of my commission draft concept for you, and third payment right before I begin lining your commission.• If you want a payment plan where your commission payment will be split in more than three parts, feel free to discuss it with me in private messages.>Refund policy:
If the client does not approve of the initial sketch(es) of the commission, the client can request a refund MINUS the cost of the sketch.
In the case of the client not approving the full, completed commission, there will be no refunds.> Note:
Please give me at least a week, give or take, on average to complete a complex digital art piece or a comic page/comic page spread on traditional media (and longer for digital comic page commissions), and to rest after completing a commission/art piece. My performance is at its best when I get well-rested!

! TERMS OF SERVICE !

• Clients can request either traditional or digital media commissions.• Clients can use their commission for personal, non-commercial uses. They are free to download, print, use their commission as profile avatars, banners, for roleplay purposes, et cetera. However, clients are not allowed to resell the commission and claim that they made the art.• The artist retains ownership over the characters (if the characters in question belong to the artist) and the commissions themselves. The artist can also freely display commission pieces that he did on his portfolio, commission examples, social media artist events, and the like, unless told otherwise by the client.• Commissions are NOT allowed to be used for NFTs (non-fungible tokens), cryptocurrency (e.g Bitcoin, Blockchain), and other things related to these topics. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.• If you are a minor (under the age of 18), you are not allowed to request sexual/lewd NSFW commissions. Doing this warrants an automatic polite declination of your request, and a block if you do not stop after I declined. Minors can request gore commissions, however. If you are an adult requesting a NSFW commission for a minor, your commission request will also be automatically declined, and you will be blocked and blacklisted by me, the artist.• If your commission is on the NSFW side/is a NSFW commission, I will only send it to you and post to my NSFW side Twitter account, akatozeroshub.• On traditional media commissions, clients have to send their preferred source of lighting (i.e. top light, backlight/backlit, side light, under light/bottom light, more than one light source, et cetera) and shadows (to make sure I have the lighting and shading down accurately), their preferred poses & composition, their preferred color palette/mood/time of day (if the commission has a background - art pieces/commissions on traditional media without a background will have the "background" be the default color of the paper it's drawn on (white, yellow, et cetera)), and their preferred expressions on the animal/characters that are commissioned.* In the case that the client does not have something solid in mind, the artist will give the client options and suggestions regarding backgrounds, composition, poses, expressions, lighting/shadows, color palette, time of day/mood. Clients are free to accept/decline any options the artist suggested. Once what is mentioned above is approved by the client, the artist will begin the commission.• Clients are free to request edits during the sketching process, and when the finalized sketch is done and approved. You will be asked if anything in the sketch needs to be changed, but this can only happen during the sketch phase on traditional media. Once the traditional media commission is lined, all details are final and cannot be changed, because I cannot edit details past the lining stage on traditional media.• On digital media commissions, while it is helpful to give the artist the preferred set of mood/composition/expressions & et cetera, like mentioned above, it is not an obligation for the client to give the artist all details regarding the commission piece before the artist starts the commission. Clients can suggest preferred details to the artist, and request edits in the sketching stage, lining stage, and all stages beyond that, since digital details can be edited past the lining process. However, the client is only permitted to make three major changes to the commission at this point (major changes being total changes of the characters, poses, parts of the scenery, composition, color scheme, and the like).•For comic page commissions, the client must send the artist storyboards/panel composition sketches with labels to the artist (Even simple stick figures will help!). In the case where they cannot accurately send the artist visual guides (storyboards/sketches with labels, including dialogue), the client can write about how they want to page to be, where the characters are/what they are doing, the setting/background of the page, the character's(s') expressions, lighting/shading of the general scene, time of day, dialogue, et cetera. Be as detailed as you can, the more details, the better! In both scenarios, the artist will send the client a sketch of the panel(s), composition, character positions, and the likes. Once approved, the artist will continue the commission.• The artist does not charge more for NSFW commissions. Pricing is the same across the board for NSFW & SFW commissions.
