How to make payment of Commission and Adoptable with Arbum?

What is Arbum?It's a website that you can upload your artworks, similar to Pixiv and Deviant-art. The site is made for Thai artists so the user is almost Thai people there. Arbum has their own currency called "GEM" similar to Devaint-art points. you can use this gem currency to buy adopt and pay for commission. You can purchase Gems with Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.

Artsign is just like "Omakase" a Japanese phrase, used when ordering food in restaurants, that means 'I'll leave it up to you'. and yeah, It's means trusting me to decide draw something for you, while WIP you can't told me edit anythings. but the price is lower than normal commission and you are the one who decides the price. However, I can refuse to do Artsign too, if you demand a lot of details while set the price too low.

Terms of Services

TERMS OF SERVICES**▶ General Guidelines **
I only accept the Illustration and Character Design Commission. Anything not mentioned are out of my service scope. Please brief your character design and send reference images if possible. Additional briefing of your preferred post, image composition and background are also appreciated.Types of Commission are
● Feral & Monster ● Chibi (SD) ● Portrait ● Half-Body ● Full-Body ● Line-Art
● Custom Character design ● Artsign/OmakaseIf I find the commission briefing to be beyond my expertise or feel uncomfortable to continue working on the commission, I have the right to reject the commission.I will not be working or answering messages during Wednesday and Sunday (GMT+7)

Payment will be primarily based on USD. Payment are accept via Kasikorn Banking and Promptpay(Thai Only), Arbum(Paypal), Buy me a coffee(Card)▶ Rights
●Commission for Personal Use I will take full credit of the artwork and I can use it for self-promotion or post the images to my pages and website. Except in the case that clients clarify during the briefing to state that you want to keep the work private or publish only after the client posts it to their own platforms. Clients can freely use commissioned artworks for any personal usages such as posting it to websites, personal usage items or printings. If Clients did not state any conditions during the briefing, I will consider it as right to use the image for self-promotion as soon as the work is finished without any prior notice to client.●Commercial usages such as LINE sticker, selling prints and goods or other commercial aspects are prohibited Modifying or Altering the artworks are not allowed without notifying and receiving permission from the artist first. Commission for Commercial Use Clients will receive full right to the artwork usages and can use the artworks for any kind of commercial usage. Except NFT or any other NFT related subjects which are still prohibited●For Character Design, Reselling characters as an Adoptable or Close Species(CS) is prohibited. Additionally, I will have credit as the original designer even after design customization. If Clients did not state any conditions during the briefing, I will consider it as right to use the image for self-promotion (If you didn’t state the condition during first briefing, I will ask again before submitting final artwork)Modifying or Altering the artworks are not allowed without notifying and receiving permission from the artist first. ---------------------------**▶ Termination Agreement **After I start working on the commission, you will not be able to request a refund unless I cannot work on the commission for more than 80 days for any reason, I will refund full payment to you.
