Zmajonaut's Commissions

Accepting a commission is not guaranteed, I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason.

Payments are listed in Euro (€) and must be made in full through Stripe invoice.

In order to secure a commission slot after commission details have been agreed upon, payment must be sent within 2 days (48 hours) after invoice has been sent, failure to send payment on time will result in order being removed from queue and commission slot will be considered forfeit.

I, the artist, may cancel a commission at any time for reasons such as conflict of interest or personal circumstances.

If I cancel commission after it has been paid for, the client will receive 50-100% refund, depending on the amount of work completed at that time. Client is not allowed to use, post or claim any WIP (Work In Progress) images as their own work or property.

If a client cancels a commission and requests a refund before the commission is finished, the client will receive a partial refund, depending on the amount of work completed at that time.

As the artist, I reserve the right to display commissioned work for advertising and self promotion purposes unless the client explicitly requests their commission be private. This must be mentioned before the commission is agreed upon.

Client may publish their purchased artwork on their own online accounts, but you cannot claim my artwork as your own making or remove my signature from the artwork.

Client is allowed to physically print their commissioned work for personal, non-commercial, non-profitable use only.

Clients don't have the right to use the commissioned piece(s) for any profitable reasons without my permission. For any commercial use of commissioned work, additional conditions will be agreed upon a case by case basis.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their finished commission for NFTs (non-fungible tokens). Use of my artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs, blockchain technology or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
