Tracing, copying, stealing, or editing my artwork is not permitted. Use of my art for NFTs or AI is not permitted.c. I reserve the right to use my original art as examples or promotional content.d. Use of my artwork for commercial gain, including advertising, is not permitted unless discussed prior and commissioned explicitly for that purpose.e. Reuploading artwork made for you or your OC to social media is OKAY, credit is appreciated but not required. (zorbiaart on twitter, zorbia everywhere else).PAYMENTa. By bidding on, purchasing, or owning one of my designs, you automatically agree to my TOS.b. All payment is taken as USD via PayPal only.c. Payment plans and holds may be available - please read the information provided with each design sale.d. Deleting bids, backing out of bids, or ghosting payments may result in a TEMPORARY or PERMANENT block at my discretion.Bidding will continue until I see fit.DESIGNSa. Owners of my designs may alter or use the design however they wish. I will revoke a design ONLY in cases where a charge back or refund has occurred.b. My designs MUST be sold via toyhouse. I will not re-upload deleted designs. Purchase uncredited designs at your own risk!c. I do not mind if my designs are sold for more than they are worth so long as the buyer is aware.Commercial use of my designs is not permitted EXCEPT in the following cases: •A commercial license has been purchased •The sale of products is tied directly to the ownership of the design (eg. a fursuit or plushie sold alongside the rights to the design).Please DM me to purchase a commercial license: •Designs purchased directly from me for at least $200USD come with a free commercial licence.
