Terms of Service
General (Adopts/Customs)
1. Paypal, USD only!
2. Do not remove watermarks!
3. Give credit to the base-creator and myself for the designs!
4. Do not claim designs as your own creation, I work hard on them and appreciate recognition!
5. Refunds:
- No refund after full unwatermarked photo sent or once your custom has been finished, approved, and sent!
6. I reserve the right to use the adopt in my portfolios or examples. (I will credit the owner of the adopt, though!)
7. I reserve the right to deny sale for any reason I see fit. (Suspicious accounts with any bewares, accounts with no ties to the community, new accounts, etc.)
8. Purchased characters are yours to roleplay, write, imagine, draw, commission, anything! The design is yours! (For non-commercial purposes.)
9. I retain rights to the designs and intellectual property.
10. Make whatever edits you want to the design, as long as it's still recognizable.
11. If you want to use the character commercially, let me know up front. If you do not let me know or I refuse, you may not use it commercially.
Buying:
1. All sales are Final!
You can ask me to buy-back, but I have no obligation to do so.
2. DO NOT chargeback.
If you have an issue, please tell me.
I will dispute chargebacks and they can get your Paypal profile banned.
(If a chargeback occurs, I reserve the right to reclaim the design and resell it to a new owner.)
3. Payment is expected up-front. If payment is not made within a day of claiming, it will be put back up for sale.
4. Don't back out of an auction! If you're going to bid, hold your word.
Reselling/Trading/Gifting
1. Do not resell the adopt for more than you purchased for without extra commisions to add to it! (Personal art doesn't count.)
2. Trading/Gifting is allowed! Just credit me.
Prices and EXAMPLES
Adopts
Adopt prices will vary and are posted with individual designs!
They are generally $15+, depending on complexity and whether they are flat prices or AB, and are usually open to offers and Auctioned off on Twitter, Toyhouse, and a few other sites!

Customs
These also vary, but I create customs on the bases that I have purchased and can make adopts with!
(I will always credit the creator of the base in the piece, and you can ask me for the link to them as well!)
A general price sheet for a custom design, based on complexity, and some examples:
