I have the rights to decline a commission without giving a reason.

As the artist I have the right to upload my art on my pages giving you the respective credits.

I will not always post commissioned pieces.

If you ask for a commission of a character you do not own (possibly as a gift for a friend) please state so, I'd like to know if you have the permission to do so. I'd rather not be part of any drama;;  

I won't do NSFW commissions to anyone younger than 18 years old.

Completed forms are considered first. Please make sure to mail me the (complete) form.

Please provide one clear, coloured, full body reference of your character, reference and such should be clear and detailed. More than one picture is preferable.

Text designs are not accepted (as of now).

I don't do custom design outfits/characters/ecc (at least, not yet) so please, send me the complete design.

I will reply if i accepted your order or not.

I only accept EUR payment via PayPal & Kofi.

I will start a commission after I receive the full payment.

Do NOT send the payment until I have agreed to do your commission.

If the payment isn't sent in a week after I accepted, your commission will be ignored.

If your character is too detailed, I might have to ask for an extra fee. However, I will inform you before you send the payment! You may switch out the character if you do not desire to pay the extra change.

Work In Progress (WIPs) will only be shown if the client personally asks for it. WIPs might be shown as well if I in need information about the commission.

I am not obligated to send WIPs unless requested or if I need to. A requested WIP will always be in sketch form or a in lower quality version.

At this stage, you can ask for any changes to be done.

If you do not ask for a WIP during sketch stage and decide to ask for one while I'm already coloring, you cannot request any changes. To ensure you receive a WIP during sketch stage, please state so in the order form.

Rude, disrespectful and/or abusive clients will have their commission immediately canceled and refunded. In the worst case scenario, they will only receive half of the refund and be blocked.

Any mistakes made on my behalf (ex. misread description, missed a detail, ecc.) I will correct for free. However, if the mistake is a result of insufficient information or not mentioned in the accepted order, I am not obligated to correct or change anything.

if you wish to request a significant change (a mistake that isn't on my behalf ) I may or may not change it for you. If I happen to accept your request, there will be a fee depending on how big the change is.

Under no circumstances will I ever redraw an entire commission! (unless it is still in sketch phase) If you insist on a redraw no matter what, you will have to commission me again.

I don't want to stress over completing a commission because the client wants it to be done quickly. If you wish for your commission to be PRIORITIZED there will be a fee depending on how fast you want it to be done. If the client refuses to pay and keep insisting for impossible requests, I will cancel the order and send back the full refund.

If I have not started/completed the sketch of your commission and the client asks for a refund, I will send the refund.

If for some reasons I cannot draw/finish your order I send back the full refund and inform you.

If I already started the colouring phase and you ask for the order to be cancelled I may refund full payment or only half the amount depending on the time spent on the commission.

If I have completed the piece already I cannot send a refund.

As the artist I hold every right to the produced drawing.

The commission is for personal use only. You can use it as avatar, wallpaper, website decoration.

The costumer is allowed to repost the copyrighted artwork (watermarked), but cannot claim said artwork as their own.

However, you must credit me for the artwork and provide a link directed to my page.

You are not allowed to modify, edit, crop in any way, distribute, make merchandise or remove my watermark.

Not for commercial use.

If you wish for the commission to be posted privately, please state so in the order (as already requested.) These commissions are not allowed to be posted on public websites under any circumstances. As I am not allowed to post the commission for the public, neither is the commissioner. Once the commission is made private, it applies for both the artist and the client.

If the commissioner wishes to un-private the commission, just send me a mail stating so.

I highly suggest to save your commission after it is completed in case any issues happens and I might not be able to retrieve it for you.
