1. NOETTA DESIGNS

• Noettas cannot rip off any copyrighted character, though inspiration is okay.
• Do not copy characters owned by others unless they allow it.
• Please don't add any hate, NSFW or extremely gory features onto your Noetta.
• You are allowed to make a Noetta based off your own character.
• You are allowed to redesign your Noetta for free!
• Do not redesign other people's designs without permission. We may ask for proof of the permission.

2. NOETTA TRANSFERS

• All Noetta have a cooldown of 1 week.
• Please make sure that the Noetta is on the Masterlist and has ended its trade cooldown before putting it up for offers.
• All Noetta may be gifted, swapped or traded.
• Your Noetta may be resold for any amount of money.

3. ADOPTABLES

• Please follow the terms of service for other guest artists.
• Do not redesign their adoptables unless they give full permission to do so. We may ask for proof of the permission.

4. GROUP ETIQUETTE

• Please respect each other, and do not harass anybody.
• Any kind of NSFW art is not allowed in the group.

5. VOIDED NOETTA

• You must wait for a 1 week cooldown before voiding your Noetta.
• Voided Noetta can no longer participate in the species.
• Voided designs may be unvoided using an MYO.

6. UNOFFICIAL NOETTA

• Unofficial Noetta can be made but cannot participate in official events.
• Do not pretend to make and sell official Noetta without permission. Action will be taken.
