Hello everyone!
Just a small announcement this time!
Since the discord becoming 18+ means there's no longer the daily koma candy reward that can be gained we decided we needed to add a couple extra forum games to help make up the difference!
Both Draw the Koma Above, and Answer the Koma Above have been posted in the prompts forum! Participating in either will get you the standard prompt bonus and are repeatable (whereas our monthly prompts are only once a month!).
Have ideas for other forum games we could add? We'd love to hear them in the comments!
And I hope everyone is looking forward to our re-opening event launching tomorrow! :D
Discord mini MYO Turn in Event
It's here!!
From now until Noon on March 15 EST, you can submit one all common design in the discord without a slot!
Just put Mini Event MYO '24 where you would normally link your slot in the form.
You can use trait items to get higher rarity traits! Don't have koma candy to buy them?
Consider participating in our prompts in the server (you can use our NPC Minna if you don't already have a Koma!), and doing daily-check-in !

Mini MYO Event
If you aren't in the discord or didn't see the announcement, we'll be having a mini turn-in event in February to help get a little more practice doing approvals before full relaunch!

Relaunch GAs Apps!
We're ready to start taking applications for GAs!
Selected GAs:
- Must join the discord server
- Will receive one Allure slot for participating in the event
- Create at least one adopt during the mini event and one adopt for the relaunch event.
- Re-launch adopt will be due by end of March
- May create adopts available for species currency or USD (Through Paypal Goods & Services only)
- May provide the booster chat with adopt spoilers (preferably small snapshots and not full images)
We will be bringing on between 3-5 GAs in total!

To help incentivize getting all the old Koma's on the masterlist we're doing a raffle!
- 1 entry per design re-master listed in the discord(including already submitted ones!)
- 1 entry if you're a FTO (MYOs not counted)
- 1 entry for any Koma art done while the raffle is up (including gift art!)
- 1 entry for being in the Koma TH World
- 1 entry for being here in the discord (required to enter!)
To keep things tidy entries are being accepted in a thread in the discord so make sure you hop in there to be able to participate!
I know it's been a little while since I posted in here about the status of things - some other schedules shifting around made me have to set Koma's down temporarily but I'm back now and working hard on getting everything put back together! I don't have a solid timeline yet for when the re-opening will be but I'm hoping within a few months!
To that end - Our new masterlist and trait sheet on charadex are now available to view here: https://komaruhoyo.cloud/
Because it's a brand new masterlist, and because we don't really have a good record of traits, worth, etc, we need your help! All Koma's will need to be re-approved in the #masterlist-reapproval channel in the discord using the new trait list, and put on the new masterlist with this information. If your Koma is in the Komaruhoyo world, then they're considered valid for re-approval!
What if I want my character voided?
If you've stuck around in here to know how to get your character voided under the new ownership - the only thing we ask of you is that you remove them from the Komaruhoyo TH world, and remove any mentions of the species from their profile. After that they're all yours.
What about after they've been added to the new masterlist?
Any characters on the new masterlist will still require original designer permissions to void in the future.
How long do we have to get designs re-approved?
Technically forever! But we'll be archiving some of the Koma Market channels, and the original myo approvals channel in the discord for referencing before we do our re-opening event so it's better to get them done sooner rather than later in case you need info from there!
Hello Everyone!
I am officially the new owner of Komaruhoyo!
Everything is still in the process of being transferred over but I wanted to get the ball rolling on setting some expectations.
What's going to change?
Not much!
I'm here because I don't like seeing species die quietly into the night if I can help it. So I really just want to prop up what Koma's already was. Any changes I make in the near future will be by and large organizational - streamlining things so that I (and any future staff) can keep an eye on things in a way that works for us.
Future Staff?
So if you happen to already know who I am, you probably know I keep myself very busy already. So I'm going to need quite a bit of help to get Koma's up and running again. For that purpose I need staff! I'm looking both for people willing to pitch an extra hand just for now, to help us get everything together, as well as more permanent staff. Basically if you've got any interest in doing anything at all to help out I'd greatly appreciate you putting in an application!

What's next for Koma's?
Given my own time availability, and the need to on-board staff, and re-build certain processes I don't expect any major events in the next six months.
If you want to stay in the loop about where we're spending out time in the meanwhile I highly suggest joining the discord!

it's been so long since the last time we update stuff. long hiatus tht caused this species being super inactive. so to keep it short,
I had to resign myself as an owner of this species. I'm a bad owner and I don't think this species deserve an owner like me with bad management n have zero commitment. looking for someone better to handle it. someone that can keep the species alive. canceling it won't be a great idea since it has so much potential T-T but ofc, I can't just give it away to strangers like tht so I had to sell the ownership and concepts. new owner can change almost everything abt the species. and can even change the mascot. as for the old mascot...haha err... I'll keep them

- if you got the slot, our masterlist account, 'komaruhoyo' will transfer an ownership of the MYO slot. if you have used the slot with a Komaruhoyo, please add the designer and add the picture in the MYO profile. you can't make your own MYO profile!
- approvals are quicker on discord, however you still can get it approved by komaruhoyo masterlist, but it'll take a longer time.
