Cafe's Terms of Service

All members must be 16+ to join.
When joining Discord server, please, Fill out an introduction in #introduction channel after reading the rules to receive access to channels.
No kind of Harassment is allowed. Please be respectful to everyone, do not overstep other people's boundaries and do not bring outside drama (other groups or other species) into the group if it didn't happened specifically inside our space or that is not formally addressed to us.
Do not vague post or post sensitive content and keep venting, swearing and vulgarity to a minimum in public spaces.
You don't need a character from the Guest Species on Cafe (Dropzilla & Laniling) to join and/or participate of the Activities. Guest OCs out species are allowed to reply if interested in joining events and prompts.
You are welcome to DM one of the mod via DMs if you have doubts or questions.
More rules regarding behavior can be read in our Discord Server where interaction/activity is easier and more frequent , including the punishment system. In here we post the basic to a friendly experience and general for designs ownership.

The Adoptables in Cafe are mainly closed species. You can't breed or make your own characters without the appropriate permission or ticket.
The group has a lore in open universe, meaning you can include your characters in any setting, world, or story for personal use.
Commercial usage of Dropzilla Cafe's characters is not permitted at this time but you can DM Myiabi and check it.
Myiabi must be credited as the designer of official designs.
Designs may be freely changed, but rarities must remain the same as the original adoptable or MYO design. Traits can be changed if rarity keeps the same as the original if you don't have the requeriments for the rarity change.
Saying that, Rarities can also be changed under permission and/or the right requeriments.
Alternative forms, such as human forms and/or other species are permitted as long as the original version is clear and right credited.
Official designs can be pulled out from the species. The original design will always be listed in the masterlist as Myiabi's Original Design, but marked as "pulled out" and won't have any mention or connection with the group or creator anymore, besides being designed by Myiabi originally.
MYO designs, Custom desings and dropletz may be pulled out as well and won't appear on masterlist.

Designs may not be resold for more than what they were bought for. If you have extra art for the design you can sell for price of the adopt + price of extra arts. All designs may be freely sold, gifted, or traded.
All transfers of ownership need to be reported via Toyhou.se. or at our Masterlist. Failure to do so may mean that you may be approached if future issues come up with the design since you are still the listed owner.
Designs adquired by raffle or Free events cannot be sold unless you had bought or done extra art for then, so their price is the art you adquired. Free designs can get traded or gifted freely.

Holds are only available when noted in the description of the adoptable. Do not harass staff to allow a hold if there is no note of them being available for an adopt.
Do not claim an adopt on Hold if it's not specificated that said design is available again in the post.
Upon payment of the Paypal invoice, you will be sent the final design in full resolution and without watermark.
No refunds on designs.
Only bid or offer to buy if you have the funds to do so before the bid or offer to buy. Failure to follow through with bids or offers to buy may result in a ban.
[For guest artists] When seeling dropzilla/laniling adopts, you keep 100% of the profit unless we did collabed in it (then it would be split 50/50) and you are the one who must contact and send files, confirming to us if the transition is all completed.

Participation in any system on cafe is not obligatory.
If you don't have a character of any of the species under the Cafe Lore of your own but wish to participate in certain specific activities that requers one, such as special prompts, you may use the NPCs Characters available or other characters with the owner's permission.
You do not need to actually own a Dropzilla/laniling character to participate in events or games, but you must be a part of the Toyhou.se world to receive the eventual prizes from it.
Any OC of any species can participate of the cafe as a guest OC. You just need to specify which oc and do the requeriments. If the user no longer wants to use said OC in the group, it can be removed without any issue or special requests.
While submitting prompts (art or writting) have in mind the basic rules when posting on public spaces. NSFW/gore art and writing must not be submitted publically and offensive/controversial themes aren't allowed in any way when submitting for group's activities.
