These are characters with too minor of a role to be uploaded in my eyes, though they still serve a purpose in the story in certain ways. Some of them have designs/names, some only go by nicknames or don't have names at all. They may be uploaded as minor characters in the future.
Named characters:
Scarlet: Neo Plasma grunt, was together with Angie for a short period. A bit of a klutz but means well.Retconned as of Angie's Galar arc.- Lyra : Canon replacement for HGSS Lyra, shares her appearance but not her character. Anxious ex-rocket member who helped Haru's first escape attempt and was thought to be killed after it failed. Was taken in by 'Mom' after being found half-dead.
- Hana : Lune's adoptive mother. A plant biology student from Kanto who found her while surveying the victory road of Unova.
- Jen : Jess's best friend, member of her dance troupe. Used to live together, was like an aunt to Basil.
- 'Mom' : Only nicknamed. Anti-rocket gangster during the 80's-90's, continues to work to try and destroy and straggling roots of rocket in Johto. Kind and motherly figure to ex-rockets and other anti-rockets. probably killed a man at least twice
- 'Doctor' (Deceased) : Real name unknown on purpose. Likely a rocket, Joeseph Stone's choice contract hit. Master of disguise and manipulation, true personality unknown to even Joeseph. The person who carried out Orchid's 'accidental' death and likely rigged Zinnia's trial. Killed in an '''''''altercation''''''' with Aster.
