Sanctuary, the last surviving city on a desolated Earth, has millions of cameras in its boundaries which far outnumber its own population. It’s population is divided simply as upper and lower class. Lower class citizens are required to take a physical exam at birth to determine the roles which will be suited to them when they come of age, those who fail to reach the minimum standard are disposed of as they are merely a waste to the Sanctuary’s resources.

Outside Sanctuary, climate varies from place to place but are often extreme to a point it’s near impossible for people to survive it. Life outside is scarce if not inexistent.
