Exploration is the main way you will obtain new pikumon, currency, and items. It can be done with pikumon you own or with loaners. Loaners are always a Stage 1 Voryn and Nulind.
In order to go exploring, simply comment on the forum post for the appropriate area. You must complete each quest once to move on to the next.

Obtaining pikumon
pikumon can be obtained through Exploration, although their level will generally decrease when you catch them (such as from Stage 1 to an Egg).
Spirit Gems
Spirit Gems are an item which is only used in exploring. They can be found through exploration rarely, or through a shop (WIP). They increase the chance of an encountered pikumon staying the same level when captured.
