Q1.) Can Vaniwisps crossbreed with any species [CS or OPEN]?
A1.) Vaniwisps can crossbreed with Bloompuffs, making a Vanipuff, Amorapuffs making Adorawisps, and some other species inside and outside Aermerea.

Q2.) When redesigning a Vaniwisp, is keeping the gem and the color of it exactly the same while changing any other traits fine?
A2.) Yes, as long as those traits you change are within the rarity of your ticket.

Q3.) When having the mutation that adds more locations of the gem on the Vaniwisp, is it still required to have the primary gem on the chest or on the back?
A3.) Yes!

Q4.) What does having the Birth Defect gem/smoke mutation do to a Vaniwisp?
A4.) Vaniwisps with this trait are said to be weaker than most other Vanis, leaving them more vulnerable to getting sicker as well. They also have a gem that floats nearby the smoke in this mutation.

Q5.) If a Vaniwisp has a bird tail, do they have to be as long as the Phoenix mutation trait and/or connect to the hip skirt?
A5.) They do not have to be as long or connect to the hip skirt!

Q6.) Does the mutation of a Phoenix tail have to be that or can it be another version?
A6.) It can be any bird tail; ex: peacock.

Q7.) What kind of feet do Vaniwisps have?
A7.) Vaniwisps always have pawed feet unless they have a mutation like Satyr legs or a Mertail.

Q8.) Is there a minimum requirement for Vaniwisps markings?
A8.) There is not a minimum requirement but they are important to a Vaniwisp.

Q9.) Can we use a different type of material for a Vaniwisps gem?
A9.) As long as it isn’t bone, nacre or operculum as those are reserved for Mervanis.

Q10.) Do Vaniwisps have any species-wide powers?
A10.) Still needs an answer

Q11.) If a gem has multiple colors, does it have to be reflected in a Vaniwisps gem?
A11.) Yes! If a gem has naturally more than one color within itself, please reflect that in the gem’s art.

Q12.) What kind of ears can a Vaniwisp have?
A12.) Any!

Q13.) Can Umbralwisps eat any other Aermerean species or is it just Vaniwisps?
A13.) Just Vaniwisps as their gems is essentially their heart while other species do not have that.

Q14.) Can a higher rarity Vaniwisp have a winged ear mutation that is a fairy-type?
A14.) Unfortunately no as they can look similar to butterfly ears which is an exclusive trait to Adorawisps.

Q15.) Do Vaniwisps have a clothing restriction?
A15.) No, but they do gravitate more towards airy and showing clothing. Also, when submitting for approval, please make sure to have a non-clothed version that shows off their markings.

Q16.) Do horns have to be placed like the visual example? Or look exactly like the visual example?
A16.) You do not have to place them like the visual example and they can be any shape and size as long as it is within the right rarity.

Q17.) What is needed to have a Mervani?
A17.) You will need an Enchanted Shell or Crossbreed ticket. You can however just have a mermaid tail with a mutation potion.

Q18.) Can Vaniwisps be born as twins?
A18.) Yes, they can!

Q19.) What are the circumstances with a Vaniwisp and birth?
A19.) Vaniwisps can give live birth but some are cursed and are unable to. They can also have gem-like eggs and lanterns that can be a way around that curse. If they are positively aligned, they can generally ask Valora for a blessing to have children. Any gender is able to have children.

Q20.) Can Vaniwisp smoke have different lengths at the same time?
A20.) They need to be uniform throughout the design.

Q21.) What are the subspecies of Vaniwisps?
A21.) Adorawisps, Galawisps, Lumenwisps and Umbralwisps.

Q22.) How big are Vaniwisps?
A22.) They are human sized. The smoke they possess is used to travel covertly but they cannot change their size and composition.

Q23.) How many mutations come with a Vaniwisp ticket?
A23.) It goes up by rarity located on the myo ticket guide.

Q24.) Are weakened Vaniwisps able to have prosthetics?
A24.) Yes but the material cannot be glass, glass-like or crystal. Metals, woods and plastic are ok.

Q25.) Is it possible for a Vaniwisp to have a Kitsune tail or Nekomata tail with shaped smoke?
A25.) Yes, of course!

Q26.) Does the gem of the Vaniwisp have to match their rarity?
A26.) No, they don’t have to!

Q27.) What skin tones are Vaniwisps allowed to have?
A27.) Any coloration that is not a human skin tone!

Q28.) How many gems can a Vaniwisp have?
A28.) At this moment, there is only one gem type.

Q29.) Do Vaniwisps love sitting on clouds?
A29.) Yes :)

Q30.) What shape can the gems be?
A30.) Any!
