The Dynatius Space Exploration Company - D-SEC - run by Dynatius’s family, had started off small but had quickly grown in size. Now, they are strong enough that they overshadow even the government; enough so that they are feared as having more power than the law itself. The company has been passed down from firstborn child to firstborn child over the generations, and now, Reichard Dynatius is at its head. Opposing him, however, is a rebellion consisting of those who have reason to hate him; whether they were treated unjustly, moved from their homes, or are chasing their own ambitions, the members of Freedom are the elite of the elite. Their leader, a man named Zeriah Temorali, has more of a grudge against the Dynatius line than anyone else. These two forces, neither of which is without dirt on their hands, will eventually clash - and many will be caught in the crossfire.

Time of Death is a postcyberpunk story that features two protagonists- siblings Shire and Drake Dynatius - who choose their own paths and fight for what they believe in. The world of Invidia hangs in the balance; the world will turn either towards Order or towards Chaos. Which will prevail?
