 Efrela - The Home of the Djinn   
Capital -  Ishal

To the West of Caligrio, the city slopes down into the dunes of the sand. Surrounding the oasis that resides there is the Capital city of Ishal in the country of  Efrela.  Smaller than it's neighboring nations the Djinn are a society ruled by the caste system. It is a society where ones place is always what it will be, no one seeks to change that. Bakers will never be merchants, A warrior would never be seen doing masonry work. Never outside of their caste. 

The caste is determined both by the composition of a Djinn's outer shell with gold being of the more noble classes while things such as tungeston, or fools gold belong to those who are of the lowest class. Their stone color also determin's their lot in life and it is not uncommon for those with more 'desireable' combinations to stay within those bloodlines when looking for suitable marriage candidates.

The dust is a spiritual force, refered to as an entity of its own will as one would any sort od deity. The Djinn often refrence this in their slang, usually in times of great stress or anxiety, which as a species happens more often than not. 'Thank the dust'  'to dust you will return' in the case of a death close to them.

The City of Helve  - The Iron Haven 
The city of Helve, whose moderate climate and position have lead to years of prosperity.  Surrounded on three sides by water and built into the cliffs, this city has lived by the iron trade by their northern border. Building upwards while digging downwards, their Ironworks are a sight to be had in any kingdom. The current Iron Prince however is something of a black sheep to his family.
It is largely a human city, built by dwarves and humans though mostly in the style of

Not just underground short men who mine shit
desert dwarves are just as common
known mostly for their builds, stocky but like a tightened spring bursting with energy.
