| ADOPTS/EVENTS Official Adopt Status: Batch during August SUMMER PROMPTS/RAFFLE | GENERAL INFORMATION BULLETIN SCHEDULE Bulletins will generally be posted bi-monthly from now on! The next bulletin will be for both July and August, after that it will be September/October, and then November/December. This scheduling will persist for an undefined amount of time, but I hope to return to a monthly schedule during 2023 or 2024. RESPONSE SCHEDULE When it comes to tending to the group in terms of management, notes, answering questions, and keeping the masterlist updated, I’ll check in at least twice a week! Note that some weeks may be slower or faster than others. OWNER'S REFLECTION 2021-2022 The Owner’s Reflection for 2021-2022 has been posted! Some information is reiterated here, and overall, some content has been removed for a future date once I have a better schedule, buuuut, I’d still super appreciate it if you take a quick read or skim! It’s nothing too exciting this time around, but all the information is still very important for me to get across to keep the group up to date! However, free MYO opportunities via events, raffles and special turn-in events, and Special Guest Artist batch opportunities will still be available… keep a lookout in these upcoming months~ FINAL NOTE All schedules, all things on hold, and all things still continuing, are all subject to change! I’m super duper packed this Summer (and even more so once Fall comes), so if my schedule gets tight, some things may be postponed until I have a better opportunity to give them the time each event deserves. Hey all!
Firstly, I’d like to apologize for being MIA for the past few months. I’ve been really caught up in university and other personal life issues here and there, so I’ve struggled to keep in touch. I’m really sorry that I didn’t let y’all know sooner, and I’ll try to at least keep ya updated on what’s going on if something like this comes up again in the future!
Because of the workload outside of Worci, I am still going to be inactive for the most part, thus I’ll be calling this a hiatus until things get sorted out. Please note that I’ll still be vibing outside of the group as a way to not get too stressed about the things that I have to worry about, but I’m not ignoring or abandoning the group in any way. I truly miss seeing all the bug-content and hosting the group and events, so patience for my return is appreciated!
WHEN: GROW-A-WORCI END + RAFFLES / END OF HIATUS?
March 14th - 20th is my upcoming Spring Break!
I’ll be returning to the group and tending to Grow-A-Worci during this time, and Winter prompts will also be closed and the design raffled off.
For whatever reason, if things don’t work out during my break (eg. hefty projects due on my return from break– this is the most expected, honestly), then the absolute latest time that I’ll be able to tend to Grow-A-Worci will be before May ends, as this is when my Spring semester is over.
Most MYO approvals, redesigns / edits, appraisals, mutation applications, and inventory purchases/usages will be tended to during these times as well. I’ll try to at least look at group notes during my weekends, but it’s not guaranteed.
Again, super sorry to those who participated in GAW, I didn’t want to have you wait for so long without any sign of an update, but I’ll be working toward getting it all closed up as soon as I can!
DEPARTURES
- OccultHare / milkyawn / Indi resigned as an official artist (December-January)
- xTranquilizer / Tranq resigned as a moderator / official artist (January- February)
I would’ve liked to have had a proper send-off for these two much earlier, but here will have to do. Both of them have done great work for Worcimex, and I still miss them dearly on the team, but best of luck to their future journeys wherever their heart takes them!
OTHER NOTES
- There’s no plans during 2022 for me to open up moderator applications. There's training + run-throughs, and a lot of documentation has to be touched up, so during the second half of 2022 I’ll be doing these preparations. Expect moderator apps in 2023!
- Seasonal Guest Artist applications will be on hold until ready.
- The 2021-2022 Owner’s Reflection is prepared, but will need to be rewritten to address me working solo for the remainder of this year, it’ll be provided when the first bulletin of 2022 is posted (TBD). To summarize the main point of the reflection, 2022 will be slower in terms of events, activity and management.
- Adopt Production: I don’t intend to make any adopts until GAW prizes are all finished, but in the meantime, our official artists (Suko & Alex) may still produce adopts.
- Other time-based content will be postponed: MYO sales, future seasonal prompts & mutations, and monthly lore. I don't know when I'll be ready to work on these in a more timely manner, but I'll tend to figuring out dates and a routine when I can.

| ADOPTS/EVENTS Official Adopt Status: Batch Month WINTER ART EXCHANGE SIGN-UPS OPEN DECEMBER 15TH, 11AM PST / 2PM EST This year's Winter Art Exchange is coming soon! It'll be in a pretty similar format to our last Mini Secret Santa, so feel free to read up on that past info to get a gist of it! BIT MYOS RESTOCK RESTOCKED DECEMBER 16TH, 10AM PST / 1PM EST UPDATED ON DECEMBER 16TH | GENERAL INFORMATION CHARITY DONATION LOG UPDATED! Today, I (Crowe) had the time to finally get all the charity funds from our adopt sale donated! Though MYO slots weren't purchased this time (and again, apologies for missing the original upload date of that sale), I decided to cover the charity funds intended from the sale, plus some extra >:3c With that, the ya'll donated a successful $150 from the charity batch, and everything else combined totals up to $300 donated to First Nations~ Charity proof viewable here! GROW-A-WORCI UPDATES/EXTENSION (PHASE 2 + PHASE 3) Grow-A-Worci is being extended so that Tranq and I can make sure we finish up this school semester + bring the event to an end smoothly and properly! As always, thank you for your patience and tolerance as we get all this sorted. Welcome to the Party is now extended to the 12th, 8PM PST / 11PM EST. It was going to have one last question and activity released with the intent of final interaction with the Worci Cameos, but I've decided to cut it out to focus on making genuine replies/responses throughout this next week! Phase 2 will now end on December 13th, 5AM PST / 8AM EST. Be sure to get all your final Phase 2 submissions in before this time. Phase 2 + November Anniversary Raffles will happen on December 13th-14th. Phase 3 will begin on December 16th. Tasks will be cleaned up and all new ones intended for this phase will be added the day of, rather than spread out like in November! Phase 3 / GAW ends on January 14th. ALL dates and deadlines mentioned above, as well as GMP point totals and new milestones, prizes, will all be updated & added to the GAW page on December 6th! MONTHLY LORE UPDATE This month's lore update will be information on the Colony! A reminder that the Hive came in a large chunk, but the Colony information will be much smaller and basic. The rest of the Colony will be given over the next few months to make sure it gets to being on par with the Hive. This update will arrive on the 28th along with the Guest Artist apps. GUEST ARTIST APPLICATIONS Guest Artist applications for January through March will open up on December 28th! Be sure to prepare yourself in advance by reading the application information on either dA or Toyhouse. 2021 OWNER'S REFLECTION This year's owner's reflection will be arriving at the end of the month (December 31st)! Like last time, I'll be informally covering my thoughts for this past year and addressing new plans for 2022. It'll consist primarily of updates towards events and how we manage/run them, but also on progress we've made from the previous year and where we'll be heading in the future. For those that can handle my rather lengthy and messy thoughts, thank you in advance for reading the reflection! | ADOPTS/EVENTS Official Adopt Status: Slot / Adopt Flash Sale Month GROW-A-WORCI: PHASE 2 With the help of our members, the XYZ Worcis have grown into their stage of adolescence! WHERE’S XYZ | GENERAL INFORMATION NOVEMBER 2ND YEAR ANNIVERSARY... SURPRISES! YAHOOO!!! Worcimex has reached a new age... and thus, we can only grow further... (laughs maniacally, but gently.) As you can tell, this month is pretty packed with several events here and there, but it doesn't stop there-- there'll be a few miscellaneous surprises scattered throughout the month to further celebrate the group, so you'd better watch out for some goodies!!! MONTHLY LORE UPDATES Information on the Hive has finally dropped! Feel free to explore the deets here! Formatting on these information sheets is still a little loose and may be updated for a better user experience as the remaining locations come slowly, so expect some adjustments and improvements on how the lore information pages are laid out! And with that, on November 24th, the NPC sheet will be updated with the Queen and Bunnyman, plus some additional information on our preceding Bee NPCs~ Future monthly lore updates will be released in smaller chunks not to overwhelm myself with my packed schedule, but regardless, I hope that all the lore updates will be of interest or help to you! | ADOPTS/EVENTS Official Adopt Status: Batch Month GROW-A-WORCI EVENT BEGINS ON OCTOBER 3RD For the next three months, y'all will help out 3 Worcimex grow up by completing tasks and participating in sub-events to earn points / hit milestones for the group! Prizes will include: the 3 growing Worci, monthly premade mini(s), art, and more! CHARADES EVENT | GENERAL INFORMATION CHOSEN GUEST ARTISTS For the last Guest Artist term of the year (October, November and December), @mikorin, @mewple_syrup, and @/madichams (on dA) will be designing a few Worcis! Please keep a watch out on what they’ll release! VOIDING UPDATE As members have suggested, Worcimex now has a Voiding system implemented, so if you're interested in getting a design voided, please check the information about it here. MONTHLY LORE UPDATES (UPDATE^2) I (Crowe), really wanted to put out both the NPC sheet and the Hive info at the same time, but alas-- September turned out to be far more busy than anticipated! Because of this, the Hive info update will be during the middle of this month, instead. The bustling region of the Hive will soon fall upon your hands (and a big thank you for your patience!) It'll be similar to the board game Candyland, where you can roll a dice to move across the board and earn rewards along the way-- including bits, mutations, and a Jelly Bit Dice! FREE MYO CREATION PERIOD FCFS 3 MYO SLOT SALE | GENERAL INFORMATION FALL PROMPTS, MUTATIONS, PREMADE RAFFLE As usual, the fall prompts are to be updated again this month on the 22nd! Along with the prompts, a new mutation is coming around~ It's also time to start bringing out the seasonal design raffle-- starting this fall, all prompt participants are given the opportunity to win a premade Worcimex design! MAGAZINE PROJECT (ENDING SOON) The end of our first Magazine Project is approaching very soon, on September 1st (3PM PST / 6PM EST), so be sure to get those last submissions in before it closes! Other than that, the final compilation for the first Magazine Project will be uploaded on September 20th at the latest, so expect to see the final drop off within the next few weeks~ MONTHLY LORE UPDATES! To keep the lore up to date and not some vague mystery as to when new information will drop, we'll be dropping some lore details every month!
