The Dragon Realm is another dimension Barkin discovered.
People there live in wood shacks and in tribes.
They didn´t know about technologie till Barkin introduced them. They do have Pokéballs however
The portal to this realm is opened permanently due to Barkin´s work there. That means you won´t need Mystery Dust to enter it.
The portal leads to Dice and Marble Village, which is part of ARPG-PKMN-Trainers .
They wear "normal" clothes in all kind of colors and are trained to create and use weapons, since not all Dragon Realm PKMN are as tame as the ones in the world we are used to.
The leader makes all final decisions but is always discussing issues with their circle.
The circle is a group of chosen clever tribe members.
There is no currency in Dragon Realm. If you want something, you need something to trade for it.
They use selfmade phytopharmaka (medicine made from nature products) and herbs as well as PKMN abilities to cure sick people and pkmn.
There are no legendaries in Dragon Realm (yet).
Anatomical differences:
PKMN have long, "noodle shaped" bodies.

Tribe of Singing Marill
Leader: Amber
This tribe is guarded by a group of Dragon Realm Marill and Azumarill.
A lot of Singing Marill Tribe Members also have a Marill as partner PKMN.
This was the tribe Barkin first encountered in Dragon Realm and they agreed to help her connecting different worlds with each other.
