• Payments must be made within 24/48 hours.
• No holds. (Will hold for frequent or trusted members only).
• Money payments are done through Paypal.
• No refunds.
[WARPA ADOPT RULES]
• There is a 1 week cooldown before you can trade/resell your Warpa IF you bought it with money OR if you made it yourself with a paid MYO ticket!
• There is a 3 week cooldown if you obtained the design through a FREE MYO event or through a raffle.
• Warpa adopts cannot be used for commercial use, personal only.
• You may NOT change the species of a Warpa adopt!!
• If you trade / gift / resell them, do not forget to follow the steps in the Ownership change tracker journal.
[WARPA MYO SLOT RULES]
• Cannot resell MYO slots that are obtained in events. But you can trade/gift them.
• Cannot transfer MYO slots that are obtained in free MYO events.
• MYO slots obtained in free MYO events will automatically become void after the due date written in each event if you fail to design it on time.
• Cannot resell a slot for more than what you bought it for. (Tier 3 slots purchased before April 10, 2019 are valued at $8 USD)
• Once you buy a MYO, you are required to register it in the MYO Slot Tracker page.
[RESELLING WARPA DESIGNS ]
• ALL Warpa designs must be appraised before reselling them and you must include an appraisal proof in your post. [ LINK TO THE APPRAISAL CENTER ]
• You may not resell Warpa adopts for more than you initially paid, unless they have more art that YOU paid for. If its a design that you obtained and it came with art, the price of that artwork does not count towards its value.
• If you trade a design/adopt that you payed money for for a custom or for another Warpa design, that design will be considered a TRADED design, so you will lose the ability to sell it. You can only trade it for art/other characters or gift it.
• If you trade / gift / resell them, do not forget to follow the steps in the Ownership change tracker journal.
[ RAFFLES AND DRAW TO ADOPT ]
• These kinds of adopts may be gifted / traded but not resold.
• Any art drawn for a DTA event is automatically extra art for the winner.
