"HALLO, I hope everyone enjoyed our silly discord prank with Meat-Kun’s Mixtape release party because this prompt is sliiightly piggy-backing off it! I will not be talking about the weather because its suppose to snow tomorrow for mod Susling and ooo I’m mad oooo..

AWKWARD MOMENTS! There’s nothing worse than making things awkward or doing something totally stupid embarrassing and then later on in the day repeating “why the hell did I do that” over and over again. But, you know, luckily most people don’t even remember stupid things you do. But your 'nyan does! 10 years later they’ll be waking up on a spring morning going “holy shit why did I freakin’ say that!”. For this prompt you will be required to dig deep back in your Mignyan’s mind, what is one moment that might have been hilarious to others but so totally humbling to them?

"Howdy crablings, welcome to March! Are you looking forward to the spring equinox? While I love the chillier weather, I’m personally quite sick of it getting dark at 4pm… so I’m excited, even if it’s sure to still be rainy. This month we’ve got a prompt you can enjoy regardless of rain or shine, in honor of World Storytelling Day being in March- and some wonderful stickers made by our wonderful mod Ko! (DEATHPACT)

Now, let’s get into it :]

PART 1: HEARING What would stories be without listening ears to hear them? For the first half of this month’s prompt, we’d like to know what stories your Mignyans hear. Did they inherit any cultural folklore from their host? Maybe the town they live in has some unique superstitions. Perhaps they paid very close attention to the stories told during our anniversary events. Or, if those are a bit too broad, maybe they’ve simply heard some workplace gossip that morning… A story doesn’t need to be huge and meaningful to be worth hearing!

PART 2: SHARING Now… I’m sure your Migs have some stories of their own. For the second half of this month’s prompt, we’d like to see what stories your Mignyans tell others. Do they call up their friends to repeat what gossip they overheard that day? Perhaps they’re writing stories of their own, whether online, in messy journals or as a published text. If you want to get conceptual with it, this could even be as simple as how they act and portray themselves to others… That doesn’t always line up with someone’s private self, after all. At it’s core, storytelling describes how one communicates with the world. Interpret it how you like!

That rainy spring weather is already kicking up for me and I’m not the most happy in the world about it x_x rain is nice but the thunder… I feel like a neurotic purse dog LOL

This batch will consist entirely of premade crab designs (both Uncommon and mystery Rares :3), essentially acting as slots with special terms added. Each roll will be $25 and FCFS!

Getting to spend some time with your loved ones, seeing all the happy couples, buying up all of the half priced candy on the 15th… and to any fellow Louisianians reading this, how’s that Mardi Gras/Valentines Day 1-2 punch combo we’re gettin’ this year gonna treat you?

All that aside though, we have some fun stuff comin atcha this month! Let’s just jump right into it-

SLOT SALE Back to the ol’ grind- this month we’ll be holding our usual Uncommon/Common slot sale! As per usual, these will be conducted through Google Forms - a 24h raffle for the Uncommons, with a 24h timed unlimited sale for the Commons once that raffle closes! More info will be released later on in the month, so keep your eyestalks peeled >_o

ADOPTS Love is in the air! Or at least, something like that… this month we’ll be throwing together a little offbase chibi Valentines batch for you guys!! These will be somewhere within the first few weeks of the month, a raffle, and flatsale priced at $60 each. We hope to see you there!!! Additionally, we will be holding a Gaza relief charity batch at the end of the month consisting of feral Mignyans each representing animals native to Palestine! This batch will be FCFS, $50 each, and all Mignyans in the batch will have one rare trait. All proceeds will go directly to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund to help towards their goal of providing medical care and opening pediatric care departments in areas of Palestine that lack local hospital access. This batch will be released later on in the month, so keep an eye out!

Now that we’ve had our break after anniversary month, we’re back in action! This month’s prompt comes inspired from a submission on our last community survey. Also, this month’s silly little sticker is drawn by the one and only Ko DEATHPACT (its very first one)! Seems he didn’t have enough time to put it together, though…
With that outta the way, let’s get into it!

COZY CRAFTING! Wintertime is a great time for getting hands-on with some crafts, whether they’re a gift or simply to teach yourself something new! Thusly, this month we’d like you to try something a bit different- this month we’d like to see some papercrafts! Whether that’s your Mignyan cutting out paper snowflakes, scrapbooking by the hearth, or drawing your Mignyan as a paper doll themself! Additionally, you may choose to complete the prompt by making a physical papercraft of your Mignyan! Articulated or not, so long as it meets regular size & finish guidelines. HOWEVER if you are making a physical craft, your piece will not require a background, due to the unique format & work involved!
