Failure to follow the rules stated in this Terms of Service can and will lead to an official entry on our blacklist. You will be banned from the TH world and Discord server and will be prohibited from participating in anything Doréion-related (including sales, events, etc.) in the future.

Section 1. General
- Doréion is a 18+ Closed Species: you are NOT allowed to make your own without prior permission or a MYO (make your own) ticket.
- Do not copy, steal or use any Doréion designs without prior permission.
- We do NOT allow any type of copying or tracing in this community. This includes non-Doréion artwork.
- Do not repost any official Doréion design or artwork that is not yours without credit AND prior permission from the owner and artist/designer.
- Always credit the artist/designer of a Doréion properly.
- Always link the Doréion toyhouse world (https://toyhou.se/~world/72964.dor-ion) in the "creator" portion of your Doréion credits.
- Do not get heavily inspired by the species or its designs; do not copy the combination of the Doréion traits and make them into your own character, or to make a design that is heavily inspired by an already existing Doréion.
- Do not create a Doréion specifically inspired by or centered around a copyrighted, canon character. Doréion kinsonas/ocs are also not allowed.
- We do not allow NFTs that feature Doréions or the artwork of our items, slots etc. However if these do happen to exist they are never related to nor condoned by Doréion.
- We do NOT accept or allow any type of inappropriate behavior in our community. This includes hate speech, racism, xenophobia, sexism, homophobia, transphobia or harassment in general. Do NOT disrespect pronouns: be respectful in regards to every single person. We do not allow pro-shippers, MAPS or people that interact with or create underaged NSFW-content in our community. Failure to abide by these rules will result in an immediate and indefinite ban.
Section 2. Trading, Reselling and Appraisals
- You are allowed to resell your Doréion for the price you purchased it for. You may add on the additional value of commissions, personal artwork based on your own commission prices, and vouchers.
- You are not allowed to resell a Doréion you acquired for free via free MYO event or gift. You may only resell them for the value of additionally acquired art obtained via commission or voucher.
Section 3. Co owning
- No more than 2 co-owners are allowed per Doréion
- We as a CS will not get involved in co-owner politics and we are not responsible for any mishaps that may occur whilst co-owning.
- We do however reserve the right to intervene in co-owning if any of the basic trading or reselling rules documented in Section 2 are broken, or if you are proven to be co-owning with a blacklisted member
- If you are found to be co-owning or attempting to co-own with a blacklisted member, you will first be warned and then blacklisted if you repeat this offense
Section 4. Commercial Use
- Doréion are for personal use only! We do not allow any sort of commercial use for any Doréion, this includes official designs as well as MYO’s etc.
- You must create a non-doreion version in order to use the character for commercial use. The requirements for this can be found in
Section. 8 Voiding and Reinstating, iii
Section 5. Cross-breeding
- To cross-breed your Doréion with another CS you must first acquire a Rare MYO Ticket. Do NOT add other species’ traits when you are not in possession of the required ticket.
- You must abide by the rules set by the other CS you wish to crossbreed your Doréion with.
- You must keep the signifying Doréion traits in your cross-breed design; external spine, gems and embroidery
- Doréion cannot be cross-bred with more than one additional species
Section 6. Official Adoptable Designs
- All official Doréion designs have a 2 week cooldown period before being allowed to be traded or resold. This rule is to prevent "buy for resale"/“trade fodder” usage of Doréions and impulsive buying. Please think before you purchase a Doréion adopt!
- All sales are final and no refunds will be issued on official Doréion adopts, unless a separate case is agreed upon by the original designer.
- Do not file chargebacks on Doréion designs. If you have a major issue please let us know beforehand and we will do our best to reach a conclusion together with you. If a chargeback does occur we reserve the right to reclaim the design and resell it to a new owner.
- All payments must be transferred to the corresponding PayPal within 48 hours. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the design being put back up for sale.
- If you continuously break our rules in regards to the cooldown on our official designs, you will be banned from purchasing/adopting any premade Doréions, MYO slots and items
Section 7. Redesigns
You may redesign your Doréion WITHOUT an upgrade item, purchasable in the Doréion store, if you abide by the following rules.
- Designs must still be recognizable in relation to their original design as long as it follows the rule of 70%. This means that you are only allowed to make changes up to 30% of the design.
- Hair colors/styles and clothing do not require any items or approval.
- You must still request a masterlist update in order for your new hair/clothing to be the main representation of your Doréion
- You are not allowed to change a Doréion’s skin tone! You may NOT lighten a dark skin tone, or darken a light skin tone.
- Redesigns without an upgrade item from the Doréion store cannot upgrade in rarity.
- Do not redesign a Doréion to create a canon-inspired design. Kinsonas/OCs and the like are not allowed in Doréion as stated in
Section 1. General, vii - All redesigns must be approved by a mod, and are not considered ‘active’ until the Masterlist has been updated. Do not upload designs that have not been approved publically. You may ask a mod to look over WIPs of your redesign at any time if you aren’t sure and are in need of assistance.
You may redesign your Doréion WITH an upgrade item, purchasable in the Doréion store, if you abide by the following rules.
- Your redesign must correspond to the item you bought. Ex. a trait upgrade item can only be used to upgrade traits, a redesign item cannot be used for this. Please make sure you have selected the right item before purchasing.
- The upgraded design of your Doréion will become the new original. This means that the previous design is considered voided and null.
- You can go back to the previous design by purchasing an item again.
- All redesigns must be approved by a mod, and are not considered ‘active’ until the Masterlist has been updated.
- Do not upload designs that have not been approved publically.
You may ask a mod to look over WIPs of your redesign at any time if you aren’t sure and are in need of assistance.
Section. 8 Voiding and Reinstating
- The designer of said Doréion must approve before a Doréion can be voided
- Doréion can be voided by removing the following signifying traits: external spine, gems and embroidery. Additional traits may be requested for removal on a case to case basis. The redesign must then be approved by the Doréion mod team.
- Voided designs and all art depicting voided Doréions on their profile must be hidden by the user. The voided design can not be posted publicly, used in any way or drawn again, unless having gone through the official reinstatement process.
- Voided designs will be kept by the team for reference in the case of an unauthorized reinstatement.
- The user will not be compensated in any way for voiding a design. They will not receive a refund, a MYO slot of similar rarity, items, or species currency.
- The appraised value of a voided Doréion cannot be included in the design’s total value and the design cannot be advertised as an active Doréion.
Reinstating/reentering a Doréion into the species is allowed if you follow these rules:
- You must receive prior permission from the species’ owner and the designer of the voided Doréion before reentering them into the species.
- A Doréion must be reinstated with their original design. If you do not currently have the original design in your possession you may ask one of the mods for it as since voided Doréion images are kept by the team.
- A Doréion can only be reentered into the species if it has been voided for longer than 3 months.
Section. 10 Blacklisted Doréion
- Blacklisted Doréion cannot be brought back into the species for any reason.
- Blacklisted members are not allowed to design new or obtain new Doréion
- If you are found to have commissioned a custom Doréion or try to trade with a blacklisted member in order for them to recieve a Doréion, you will first be warned and then blacklisted if you repeat this offense
