This is how to send in your MYO for approval!
Please make sure to read these rules before submitting your MYO!
APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS
- Your MYO must include at least one clear, preferably unobstructed, full-body (or half-body + separate leg) view + a spine view!
- If your MYO includes accessories please either write on the reference which accessories are removable OR add a separate version without the accessories.
- The embroidery on your Doréion must look like Metal. You can achieve this by adding some sort of shading/highlights so it doesn't resemble fabric or other materials too closely.
- You must include a link to the artwork (sta.sh, imgur, dropbox, drive, discord attachments link etc.) Do NOT upload a non-approved or WIP of your Doréion to your Toyhouse (or any public profile).
- You are allowed to have someone else make your Doréion for you.
- You are allowed to use bases to make your MYO as long as you have permission to use them. Don't steal/trace/use other people's artwork for your Doréion MYO. This will result in a ban from the event.
- We do NOT allow heavily inspired designs from Canon (or characters that you do not own). You can be inspired, but we shouldn't be able to see the design as a Doréion version of X Canon character from X anime (etc).
To get your Doréion approved you will have to send in the following form:

Send your form in a note to DoreionArchives OR head over to our Discord server to the #myo-approvals channel!
Once your MYO has been approved it will be uploaded on the Masterlist as soon as we can. Please allow us up to 2 weeks to upload your MYO. If you have not received a response within 1 week feel free to bump your entry.
Please do NOT open offers on your Doréion until they have a Masterlist entry!
EDITING RULES:
You may redesign your Doréion WITHOUT an upgrade item (purchasable in the Doréion store) if you abide by the following rules.
- Designs must still be recognizable in relation to their original design. This is why we employ the rule of 70%. This means that your design must stay true to the original for 70%: you are allowed to make changes to 30% of the design.
- Hair colours/styles and clothing do not fall under the 70% redesign rule.
- Redesigns without an upgrade item from the Doréion store cannot upgrade in rarity. Redesigns also cannot downgrade in rarity. A common Doréion can’t become uncommon, and vice versa.
- Do not redesign a Doréion to create a canon-inspired design. Kinsonas/ocs and the like are not allowed in Doréion.
- All redesigns must be approved by a mod, and are not considered ‘active’ until the Masterlist has been updated. Do not upload designs that have not been approved publically. You may ask a mod to look over WIPs of your redesign at any time if you aren’t sure and are in need of assistance.

- Your redesign must correspond to the item you bought. Ex. a trait upgrade item can only be used to upgrade traits, a redesign item cannot be used for this. Please make sure you have selected the right item before purchasing.
- The upgraded design of your Doréion will become the new original. This means that the previous design is considered voided and null. You cannot go back to this previous design, so be sure you definitely want to upgrade!
- All redesigns must be approved by a mod, and are not considered ‘active’ until the Masterlist has been updated. Do not upload designs that have not been approved publically. You may ask a mod to look over WIPs of your redesign at any time if you aren’t sure and are in need of assistance.
