TO NOTE
- A TAIL—
Tail must always look like or have a bone-like structure! Types of bones that resemble the tail, however, are unlimited (skull, ribs, teeth, spine, and so on)
- A KEEPER (EYE)— The Keeper acts as a storage and detector for Lost Souls— Souls are necessary to ensure their survival. Amount and position varies in rarity.
There are traits that can be optional, added or removable depending on a Yumi-Pop's rarity!
- HORNS—
Horns vary in kind, sizes & amount depending on their rarity, horns can be optional up to Mythic rarity!
- WINGS—
Wings vary in kind depending on their rarity. They are optional to any rarity aswell.
- LEGS—
Hooves, Paws & Human legs are common. Any other type of leg is considered Mythic and henceforth (Prosthetics are fine for any rarity).
- MUTATIONS— Yumi-Pops mutations change various aspects of it, leaving you more freedom in what you can add to your Yumi-Pop— Even so, you can only add 3 mutated traits to your Yumi-Pop. (Mutations let you add more traits, remove them completely (except for the tail) and so on. Mutation also might affect the body & limbs aswell! Consult the written guide below for more information).
Ⅰ. COMMON TRAITS
- HORNS—
Any size & only 1 pair of horns (or 1 horn only) is allowed.
- Can only be white, grey, or black bone colored (all together is allowed too).
- TAIL—
Any size & 1 tail only.
- Can only be white, grey, or black bone colored (all together is allowed too).
- WINGS—
Wings can be either bat wings or bone wings; Only 1 pair of wings on any part of the body.
- Can only be white, grey, or black bone colored (all together is allowed too).
- KEEPER—
Only 1 Keeper on the Back or the Chest!
- LEGS— Hooved, Paws & Human legs are allowed!
Ⅱ. RARE TRAITS
- HORNS—
Any size, 2 pair of horns is now allowed (The second pair being smaller, tiny horns).
- Horns can be made from a vast majority of (mostly man-made) materials (such as metals, glass, ores/gold, and so on— please ask if unsure!).
- Horns can have ANY color!
- TAIL—
Any size & 1 tail only.
- Horns traits apply for Tail too (However, it should always resemble or have a bone-like structure).
- WINGS—
Wings can be either bat wings or bone wings; Only 1 pair of wings on any part of the body.
- Horns traits apply for Wings too.
- KEEPER—
2 Keepers only are now allowed.
- Can be placed on common parts or the arms (NOT hands)
- LEGS— Hooved, Paws & Human legs are allowed!
Ⅲ. MYTHIC TRAITS
- CROSSBREED—
Crossbreeding Yumi-Pops with another species is now allowed! (always remember to have permission before doing so).
- HORNS—
Any size, 2 pair of horns is now allowed (The second pair being smaller, tiny horns).
- Horns can now be now made out of food, plants or being animal-ish in appearance.
- Horns can now have leaking parts or be mostly broken (liquid filled, etc.)
- NO horns is now allowed!
- Horns can be bioluminescent.
- Horns can be stitched/Frankenstein-ish.
- TAIL—
Any size & 1 tail only.
- Horns traits apply for Tail too (However, it should always resemble or have a bone-like structure).
- Bone-cage tails or half animal half bone tails allowed.
- WINGS—
Wings can be feathered (angel/bird-like wings) or generally any kind of wing (bug/insect-like wings, among others); Only 1 pair of wings on any part of the body.
- Horns traits apply for Wings too.
- KEEPER—
2 Keepers only are allowed.
- Can be placed on common-rare parts or the entire body (NOT hands or head however)
- LEGS— Any kind of leg is allowed!
Ⅳ. POSSESSED TRAITS
- HORNS—
Any size, 2 (or more) pair of horns can now be any size & shape aswell.
- Horns can now be made out of ANY material!
- Horns can be made out of raw/skin meat.
- Horns can be made out of "pure"/elemental materials (fire, water, etc.)
- Horns can be made out of Void/Black matter (black horns with PARTICLES or black fire in them— (please do not confuse them with regular black horns!)
- TAIL—
Any size & 1 tail only.
- Horns traits apply for Tail too (However, it should always resemble or have a bone-like structure).
- WINGS—
No limit in wings-type. Only 1 pair of wings on any part of the body.
- Horns traits apply for Wings too.
- KEEPER—
3 Keepers only are allowed.
- Can be placed on common-mythic parts or the entire body, including head, hands, etc.
- LEGS— Any kind of leg is allowed!
MUTATIONS & YUMI KINS
Mutations are ways to add more traits that wouldn't be allowed on a typical Common-Possessed Yumi-Pop! Most of them being; Multiple limbs, multiple tails, several Keepers, multiple Yumi-Kins, artificial (not prosthetic) or elemental limbs, removal of Keepers, and so on. Anything you could think of could be added to a Mutated Yumi-Pop.
RESTRICTIONS/LIMITS?
Tail rules will still apply, the tail must include a bone-like structure and tails will never be a full furry tail. You also cannot use a mutant potion for inappropriate traits. You can only use 3 mutant potions on one Yumi-Pop.
WHERE/HOW I CAN GET MUTATED TRAITS?
The mutated potion is obtained in the Soulbank (via yumos/art prompt points), although we usually raffle them randomly or through special events on the Discord server!
The Yumi-Kin is an undeveloped form of a Yumi-Pop. Yumi-Kins have the appearance of small creatures that can look plush like in nature or that of realistic animals. It has similar traits to the Yumi-Pop and may have a personality alike to it.
RESTRICTIONS/LIMITS?
Yumi-Kins are usually the size of an average plushie! Larger than that is considered a Mutated Yumi-Kin (and might still need a mutated potion for it).
ARE THEY OBLIGATORY?
They aren't— Yumi-Kins are not required to be drawn or generally be designed for a Yumi-Pop! It is pretty much optional.
🙶 A Yumi-Kin can be a helpful and maybe even an friendly companion to have... But if the Yumi-Kin gets hurt, so does the Yumi-Pop, so many Yumi-Pops choose not to summon one.
If not summoned, the Yumi-Kin remains dormant and cannot exist on its own unless the Yumi-Pop decides to have them out. 🙷
