General

Do not trace/copy or get heavily inspired by Yumi-pops and the traits/combination.
Staff must be informed about every trading/selling/gifting Yumi-pops on Masterlist!
By breaking any TOS rules You might get banned, blacklisted or/and kicked from species.

Payment either for adoptable or slot must be sent in 48 hours.
Holds are allowed as long as You will let us know how much time you will need.
Harassing a member or artist for a design is not allowed.
Backing out is not allowed! (ESPECIALLY DELETING COMMENTS!) Please make sure you’ll be able to pay for the adoptable.
If you have shown very recent concerns of being in financial trouble, we have the right to refuse to sell to you for your own protection.

To prevent crypto-currency, we implemented a seven (7) days cooldown period. That means You are not allowed to sell/trade/gift MYO slots until the seven(7) day cooldown period will be off.
The Slot pricing is as follows:
Common: 10$
Rare: 15$
Mythic: 25$
Possessed: 35$
If anyone is reselling an myo slot for more than the amount listed or without proof of payment, please contact staff as soon as possible
We DO NOT refund MYO Slots or Adoptables. Even if you become blacklisted in the future.
RAFFLE MYO SLOTS are never to be traded or sold (even apart of a "bundle"). Only gifted.
We also do not allow the resale of slots that were obtained by trade.

Co-owning is allowed only between two people.
If there are personal problems between co-owners, don't bring species mods into it. Co-own with a friend, not a stranger!

There is no need for appraisal, you can resell the yumi-pop for its base value + any added commission/personal art it has.
If you received the yumi-pop in a trade, we ask of you to not resell it until commissions or personal rendered art has been added to the character.
Adding value with personal art to the yumi-pop is allowed, but shitposts or uncolored sketches do not count towards the value. Rendered or colored sketches only!
If you catch anyone reselling Yumi-pops for more than their value is set, let the staff know as soon as possible!

As goes with most closed species, we have an official blacklist. The following blacklisted users are in this document.

Under no circumstances are yumi-pops allowed to be traded or sold to these individuals. If you intentionally do so, you will be on this list. For documentation purposes, we will not be completely removing a blacklisted masterlist. We will only be removing it from the public eye and that will be it.

Commercial usage is allowed but as long as you have a license for it and it's monetizing your own yumi-pop and not the species itself.
Here is how to obtain a commercial license for a Yumi-Pop:
All Yumi-Pop designs are sold without commercial rights unless specified by the artist. Buying Yumi-Pop adopts and customs means you are buying the right to the design, not the art.
If your Yumi-Pop is an official adoptable, you must be prepared to pay extra for it. Contact whoever designed the Yumi-Pop originally in order to obtain a license for it. If they say you are allowed to use it commercially without paying extra, then there is no need to pay a fee.
If your Yumi-Pop was traded or resold to you, these rules still apply and you still must pay for a commercial license.
If your Yumi-pop was made by you, you are free to use it as commercial just please do not actively advertise the species using it commercially!
