StoneClan's journey so far.

"Sit down, young one. Let me tell you a story."

Prologue: The Shattering of StoneClan

Twolegs, their monsters, and the fate of a clan collide when young lovers Cinnamonswirl and Charredbranch hatch a plan to protect StoneClan's future in the face of a new TNR program. After the clan's medicine cat is unexpectedly struck by a speeding monster, things fly wildly out of control, but the true rot that would dissolve StoneClan had been festering for generations.

Steadystar's Demise

Interlude: The Man Who Would Be King

Celeryseed would not be the first cat that the ghost of Steadystar approached with the promise of leading a renewed StoneClan. After his former deputy Rubblestomp turned him after he could not guarantee the Stones boss nine lives, Steadystar appeared to the distant loner descendant of his mentor Lightningstar and coerced him into staying in the valley. For a few long months, young Wandering Paws trained under the strict and sometimes outright hostile Steadystar until the luster wore off and he abandoned the empty StoneClan territory for his ancestral home.

Chapter One: The Seedling Among the Rubble

After lost kittypet Celery is confronted by a terrifying ghost predicting his rise to the head of a long-lost clan, he and his new friend Charlie encounter expecting rogue Delilah lost in a cornfield and must find a way to provide for her and her newborn kits with Thrushfur and her daughters in a land ravaged by Twoleg destruction.

Chapter Two: Weaving Branches

The small group grows closer as Delilah adopts a third kitten from a passing rogue, but her former leader Granite has discovered her location and sends a courier with a warning. Wandering loners Doeblaze and Sneezepuff arrive to visit their old friend Thrushfur, but the critical mass of cats forces StoneClan to look for new sources of food. Looking outwards from Twolegplace, the cats negotiate with barn cat Tommy Head-In-The-Clouds to use his territory for hunting, bringing home the strange prophetic cat in the process.

Chapter Three: Starless Skies

Charlie insists that Celeryseed must connect with StarClan and receive her nine lives, but a secret excursion to the split Great Rock reveals a dark secret: Their connection to their ancestors has been severed. Tommy Head-In-The-Clouds' visions become more intense as the moon wanes, and finally three cats make a journey to Moon Ridge in a last-ditch effort to contact StarClan. Charlie encourages both Cherviltail and Tommy to accompany Celeryseed as both appear to have potential as Medicine Cat, but they come back with twin blessings from a starry being: Oracle Cloudseeker with powerful visions, and Herbalist Cherviltail with a spiritual guide in Cinnamonswirl. However, only a complete StarClan could grant Celeryseed her star and nine lives.

Chapter Four: The Laws of This Land

Celeryseed, now StoneClan's de facto leader, comes into conflict with Charlie when she instructs him on a warrior code that even she seems to disagree with. Charlie encourages Cherviltail and Celeryseed to be mates despite their new positions, but they break up to pursue their own goals, to the elder's dismay. Chervil is busy beginning herb research with the ghost of Cinnamonswirl. Delilah's kits grow and start training under various cats. The threat of Granite grows closer as the rogue boss issues an ultimatum to relinquish Delilah's kits to the Twolegs or face punishment.

Coming Soon: Soft Paws/Sharp Claws

A growing Dogpaw searches for his place in the clan while in the shadow of his intimidating adoptive mother. A seemingly young cat from among the stars arrives to learn the clan's ways. Meanwhile, the adults prepare for war.
