The following houses can be bought or upgraded. To upgrade a house, you must pay the difference in cost between the house you have and the house you wish to upgrade to. Whirbet houses can only hold Whirbets, and Minibet houses can only hold Minibets. You may not upgrade a Whirbet house to a Minibet house or vice versa.
Basic Whirbet House - 200 SF
A basic house which can hold 2 Whirbets, 3 house items, and 3 baby Whirbets.

Deluxe Whirbet House - 300 SF
A larger Whirbet house which can hold 4 Whirbets, 5 house items, and 4 baby Whirbets.

Split-Level Whirbet House - 500 SF
A larger Whirbet house which can hold 5 Whirbets, 7 house items, and 6 baby Whirbets.

Basic Minibet House - 150 SF
A basic Minibet house which can hold 2 Minibets and 2 house items.
