GENERAL

1. Chicups are a closed species. Please do not make one without a MYO ticket. Tickets are sold / earned in events in the Chicup Discord server and Toyhouse group!
2. I do not own the rights to cup tails or any other traits that are a part of the Chicup species. I have no issue if you have an original character with similar traits. I do ask that you do not make a rip-off species made specifically to copy the Chicup species though.
3. Please be kind to the other members of this server. Any kind of hate speech, harassment, racism, xenophobia, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, anti-religious discussions, and other blacklisted content discussions are NOT allowed.
4. Blacklisted content within the group includes beastiality (includes NSFW of Chicups' chicup forms), l*li, sh*ta, otherwise pedophilic content, hateful, racist, facist, and "proship" content. If you are found making this content, even outside of Chicups, you will be blacklisted from the group. There is a zero tolerance policy about this content.
5. Do NOT create, trade or sell unofficial Chicups. We have no copyright over characters with teacup tails so please feel free to use it, just don’t call them a Chicup.
6. You are allowed to use the same flavor as someone else's Chicup, but you are not allowed to copy / rip-off their Chicup's design.
7. You are not allowed using copyrighted characters / designs on your Chicup (EX. Sports team logos, company logos)
8. NSFW is not permitted in this species server. This includes Chicup designs or posted to the server / group. You are permitted to draw NSFW and post it in your Chicup's Toyhouse page with a NSFW warning, however NSFW must ONLY be of their mirage forms. If you are found drawing NSFW of Chicups' chicup forms, you will be blacklisted from the group.

   GROUP RULES

1. Do not harrass anyone in our server / group.
2. We don't allow Chicups to be associated with any hateful / problematic, or triggering content.
3. Do NOT purposefully attempt to start arguments or drama within the group.
4. Do NOT argue with staff when they say a decision is final.
5. All content in Chicups has to be PG-13, and you cannot post any content that would be deemed R-rated/18+ to the group or Discord (NSFW art, content, blacklisted content (though this is not allowed at all), etc.).

   OWNERSHIP RIGHTS

1. All Chicups are allowed to be used for personal use.
2. You are permitted to buy art for your Chicup, make merch, use them in stories or use them for cosplay as long as it is for personal use only.
3. Any Chicup with NSFW art in their profile cannot be traded to a minor. If you are found trading them to a minor, you will be banned from the group.

   Purchase / Reselling

1. There is a 2 week cooldown period on Chicups or MYO slots.
2. Chicups can be sold for their base price + commissioned artwork.
3. All sales are final. We do not give out refunds. This goes for Chicup adopts and MYO sales, however, you are free to sell adopts and MYO slots you have bought for the original price sold at.
4. Chicups are not allowed to be sold or vouchered off if traded for, or gifted.
5. Chicups can be traded for other Chicups, other species, one offs, art or physical items.
6. Chicups cannot be sold, traded or gifted to anyone on our blacklist.

   Design Rules

1. If you have a Chicup MYO slot, then you are free to make any kind of Chicup you wish to make, as long as you are following the rarity of the slot.
2. We do not condone R-rated/18+ designs, whether they be 18+ in nature or have 18+ design elements, such as nudity, extreme gore, sexual equipment, etc. If you try to get a design approved with these elements, you will be refused and sent back to change them. However, any PG-13 design elements are allowed, such as light blood, cartoony looking meat, etc.
3. You are free to make child designs of Chicups as they can be any age when they get a cup/flavor. However, if you are found making blacklisted content with them, you will be blacklisted.
4. We do not allow designs heavily inspired or otherwise copied from copyrighted franchises (Pokemon, Sanrio, any Anime, etc.), however that doesn't mean you can't be a slight bit inspired by them.
5. We do not allow any military/police inspired designs, including red armbands, black military-styled hats, emblems inspired by militaries, etc. These can be facist in nature especially if combined together, which is blacklisted content.
6. Any Chicups can be redesigned, even official designs. Below are the rules for redesigning.

   Redesign Rules

1. You are allowed to redesign a Chicup you own, or have someone else redesign it for you.
2. All Chicups must stay 80% similar to the orginal design. If you wish to redesign them further, there will be an item you can buy from the shop to do so.
3. You are allowed to slightly change hues, or saturation of your Chicup.
4. You may change the gender of your Chicups' mirage form if they were not originally transgender.
5. Changing skin tones of Chicups' mirage forms is permitted, but you can't make them lighter if they were originally darker skin toned.
6. You may remove horns and wings, but you won't be able to put them back after unless you purchase them at Cerise's Coffer.
7. 
   IMPORTANT! Please first submit your design on discord to get an approval from a mod. Then you may note the Toyhouse masterlist page to have your Chicup's masterlist entry updated.

   VOIDING

1. You are allowed to void a Chicup if they are made with a MYO ticket, but you must have the creators permission beforehand, if this applies.
2. Once voided, the character must be redesigned slightly so they no longer resemble a Chicup, but it is alright if this isn't an immediate change.
3. Chicups may be unvoided at any time after being voided, and doesn't need to have a new owner to do so.
