About

Chicups are small bipedal chinchilla-like creatures that can change between this form and a humanoid form and back. They carry cups that they steal, on their tails similar to crabs collect shells. This cup attaches to their spinal cord and cannot be removed. Chicups also steal food, which melts inside of their cups becoming liquid. This liquid mixes with their blood to keep the Chicup alive. This mixed blood also causes changes to a Chicup's appearance. A food similar to their flavor begins to grow from their ears and a pattern appears on the inside of their ears.

Fur + Skin

Chicups can have any colored, textured, and patterned fur, as well as tattoos, scars, or stitches, the sky is the limit! On their humanoid forms, they have fur on their legs that can grow as high up as their hips and navel but must go down to their feet. Their leg fur can grow to be any length within reason. They can also grow fur on their arms, backs, and on their necks. Their faces, chests and most of their stomachs must be furless, aside from facial hair which is allowed. They must have a natural skin tone in the areas where fur doesn't grow, and scarring, vitiligo, freckles, moles, etc. are allowed on their skin and are encouraged! Unnatural skin tones (blue, purple, green, etc.) however are unusual/crossbreed. All Chicups must have mammalian traits on their bodies only, unless they are an unusual/crossbreed Chicup, in which they can be draconic, amphibian, aquatic, etc.

Paws/Feet

Chicup feet can form as paws, clawed paws/feet, or hooves. Chicup hooves can be either odd-toed or even-toed. In humanoid form, they can also share paws, clawed feet/paws, and hooves, but can have humanoid feet. Unusual Chicups can have avian feet, reptilian feet, or no feet at all and instead have a fish tail for their lower half of their body! If this is the case, the cup has to be attached to this tail.

Tail

Common Chicups can have any tail that is natural to a mammal. It must be long enough to wrap around or hold a cup. As for rare Chicups, they can also have a mammalian tail, or split tail or a devil like tail. Unusual Chicups can have pretty much any kind of tail. This includes but is not limited to tails not natural to mammals, food tails, multiple tails, object tails, or tails made of plants.

Ears

All Chicups have a pair of ears that cannot be human (both rounded and pointed like an elf) in nature unless unusual/crossbreed. The type of ear doesn't have to match the species of animal the chicup is appearing as (i.e. Cerise's mouse ears with a cat tail). Rare Chicups can have mammalian ears or ears made of food. Food ears must still look animal like and both ears must be made of the same food. Some optional non-rarity traits that a chicup can have for their ears are food in the ears, and a pattern in the ear kind of like a plushie.

Pure and Corrupt Chicups

  • Pure Chicups are mainly vegetarian. The food or recipe they are based on can only be up to 40% meat (for example, ramen bowls with meat would be a-ok!) Pure Chicups cannot have meat alone as a flavor unless they are unusual/crossbreed.
  • Corrupt Chicups are mainly carnivorous but meat isn't a requirement for their flavor. Their food must be at least 25% moldy or have sludgy, or gross looking liquid. All corrupts must either have mold, or sludgy liquid in their cups unless they are unusual/crossbreed.

Pure Chicup Traits

  • Common pure Chicups can have any edible food or recipe as their flavor, for example, mint chocolate chip ice cream, strawberry milk boba, or oatmeal raisin cookie.
  • Common pure Chicups can have long flavor names as long as they are edible/non moldy/non sludgy, such as sakura pink lemonade sun tea.
  • Rare pure Chicups can have any edible or inedible object as a flavor as long as it is melted down into a liquid (Cannot be an object that came from an animal or anything intended to be poisonous. This can include slime, glitter, glue, soap, candle wax or anything else that falls into this category). The meat rule still applies! The object must be of solid or liquid form initially.
  • Unusual/crossbreed pure Chicups can have any flavors that are bright and cheery, the sky is the limit! For example, they can have sunlight, clouds, liquid rainbow, etc.

Corrupt Chicup Traits

  • Common corrupt Chicups can have any edible, moldy, or sludgy food or recipe as their flavor, for example, pepperoni pizza, Shepherd's pie or Smoked Salmon).
  • Common corrupt Chicups can have long flavor names as long as they are edible/moldy/sludgy (bonus points if they're gross!), such as filet mignon with mushroom milk tea.
  • Rare corrupt Chicups can have any objects as a flavor as long as it is melted down into a liquid. They can have bugs in their liquid or floating around, such as worms in the liquid or flies hanging around. Rare corrupts can also have poisons or toxic waste as a flavor. The mold/sludge rule still applies! The object must be of solid or liquid form initially. Their flavor cannot be of a gas form.
  • Unusual/crossbreed corrupt Chicups can have any flavors that are doom and gloom, the sky is the limit! For example, they can have moonlight, poisonous gas, shadows, moldless meat, etc.

Cup Traits

  • All chicups must have a cup on their tails. They are unable to live without them. Chicups have a limited amount of liquid in their tails, so they are unable to have any kind of spout that causes liquid to pour out.
  • Their cups also must have some opening to regulate the heat inside of their cups. This can include an open cup, holes in a lid, or a straw to let the hot air out. Their body heat melts down their food and keeps it as a liquid in their tail. Decorations are edited by the Chicups so they don't melt. If there wasnt a hole in their cups, the Chicup might combust from the heat!
  • Chicups have cups depending on their rarity, for example:
    • Common Chicup cups can be any objects specifically made specifically to be a cup. This includes mugs, glasses, tumblers, goblets, paper cups, wine glasses, sippy cups or any other kind of cup.
    • Rare Chicup cups can be made of anything that was created to hold liquids. This includes buckets, vials, cauldrons, jam jars, gravy boats or anything similar. Rare Chicup tails cannot have spouts.
    • Unusual/Crossbreed Chicups can have any object re-created to be used as a cup. This includes baskets, boxes, or anything else that doesn't fall under the other two rarities.
  • All cups must be filled at least halfway with liquid. The inside of the cup can be decorated with whipped cream, utensils, straws, sprinkles, candies, fruits, or anything else a Chicup finds interesting as long as it is non living. Chicups are unable to have living creatures, smoke creatures or plants growing in their cups unless they are unusual/crossbreed.

Not all Chicups have horns. They can also be removed but you'll have to purchase the horned egg item from Cerise's Coffer to get them back.

Common Chicups can have any basic shaped horns or nubs, and they can also be any amount of colors! They must grow in one direction only, and they can only have up to two horns. Some other examples of common horns are devil horns, goat horns, oni horns, a unicorn horn, or cow horns!

Rare Chicups can have any large or detailed horns (including antlers, rams horns or any other twisty / bending horns). There is still no limit to how many colors you can use! Some examples of rare horns are dragon horns, antelope horns, and beetle horns.

Unusual/Crossbreed can have any combination or number of horns, and they can also have mismatched horns. There is also still no limit to how many colors you can use! Some examples of unusual/crossbreed horns are food horns, object horns, liquid horns, and bug antennae.

Wing Traits

Not all Chicups have wings. They can also be removed but you'll have to purchase the winged sprout item from Cerise's Coffer to get them back.

Common Chicups can have bat like wings or feathered wings on their backs, or skin under their arms like a flying squirrel or sugar glider. They are limited to two wings and can only grow on their backs or arms.

Rare Chicups can have multiple sets of wings and can be located anywhere on the body.

Unusual/Crossbreed can have any combination or number of wings and have no limit to where they can be placed, just like rare Chicups, however they have more freedom on the type of wings they can have. Some examples of unusual/crossbreed wings are food wings, object wings, liquid wings, plant wings, bone wings, and insect wings.

Other Optional Traits

Chicups can optionally have food in the ears and/or a pattern in the ears, and don't have a rarity attached to them, so feel free to use them with any chicup!

Different eye types, such as shaped pupils and dark scleras, prosthetics, and missing limbs don't have a rarity so feel free to use them with any type of chicup!

No fangs and tiny fangs are a common Chicup trait, while longer fangs, such as saber tooth fangs, warthog teeth and orc fangs, are rare and up! Teeth on the body are also a rare trait.

Rare Chicups can also have a kangaroo pouch as a trait if you so choose!

Rare Chicups can have steam coming from their cups, and can be any color!

Some unusual Chicup traits are food/liquid/object appendages, scales, frankenstein skin, body mouths, body eyes, glowing eyes, bioluminescence, and more! There is no limit to unusual Chicups!
