Hologans are a closed species by Arlatius created with the aim to make a closed species that doesn't stifle peoples creativity when designing a member of it. Hologans are very customizable with many traits that essentially boil down to "do whatever you want".

Initially created by a roboticist whose name was lost to time, Hologans were small machines (about six inches tall) created to be assistants and companions to humans. Following an unknown extinction event, humans were wiped off of the face of the planet. The inorganic Hologans, however, survived.

The Hologans have now built their own society in the ruins of the human world, taking the ruins of buildings as they slowly get reclaimed by nature to create entire cities.
