- Nossa espécie visa a cooperação entre os membros e tenta de tudo para manter nossa comunidade unida, essas regras nada mais são que uma proteção a nós, criadoras, e aos membros.
Regras de conduta:
- 1- RESPEITO: Precisamos nos unir para criar uma atmosfera calorosa. Bullying de qualquer tipo não é permitido, comentários degradantes não serão tolerados, assim como nenhum tipo de preconceito ou discriminação. Tenha bom senso.
- 2- RESPEITE A CS: Os eilins são uma ESPÉCIE FECHADA, isso significa que você não pode criar ou exibir um design sem um MYO. Ao obter permissão para ter seu eilin, respeite as regras de aparência impostas, todo eilin recém-criado deve ser enviado para aprovação ás Administradoras, Shino e Noriyaki, antes de serem aceitos na CS.
- 3- Respeite o tempo das criadoras, trabalhamos todo dia para manter a CS ativa e organizada para todos, mas também precisamos do nosso tempo, não aceitaremos ataques e grosserias sem motivos.
- 4- NÃO ROUBE OU PLAGIE, qualquer roubo de personagem, tracing ou cópia detectada será passível de ban permanente da espécie.
- 4.1- Design de premades não podem ser ‘voidados’ para fora da espécie, se você deseja usá-lo fora ou sair da espécie, é obrigatório que mantenha o premade consigo.
- 5- Cada evento, brincadeira ou gincana possuirá suas regras e suas formas de participação, então pedimos que as respeitem e as sigam corretamente. Se você não estiver de acordo com as regras de participação, não participe e se for detectado quebra dessas regras, o participante será desclassificado.
- 5.1- Qualquer comportamento desportivo em meio as gincanas e sorteios com os eilins pode ser parado para analise.
- 5.2- Se detectado qualquer participação em sorteios para a obtenção do eilin como moeda de troca, a administração tem total direito de negociar a retirada do eilin para que o sorteio seja refeito.
- 6- Todas as obras de arte são apenas para uso pessoal, não comerciais. Então não permitimos o uso da imagens dos eilins para publicidade, branding, promocional ou qualquer tipo de uso comercial, isso inclui NFTs, IA e atividades 'Vtuber', até segunda ordem.
- 7 - Autorizamos a criação de histórias em quadrinhos (comics), histórias ficcionais (fanfics) criadas pelos membros com fins lucrativos, entretanto exige-se que os créditos sejam concedidos para a CS abertamente. Para qualquer dúvida, entre em contato imediato com a administração.
- 7.1 - Caso o design original do eilin não pertença ao criador/a da obra, deve solicitar autorização.
- 7.2 - O universo de Eliz não deve ser alterado, assim como qualquer personagem pertencente à sua lore. Animais, criaturas, plantas ou regiões tem passe para liberdade artística, mas os deuses, warlocks e demais autoridades não.
- 7.3 - Essas regras foram criadas para não impedir a liberdade artística dos integrantes da espécie, mas por ser necessário que tenhamos um controle sobre o que está sendo feito com a CS, por isso essas regras podem ser alteradas e estendidas se necessário, tudo será analisado individualmente.
Regras do Universo:
- 1- Apesar de sermos uma CS, seu Eilin não é obrigado a viver no planeta Eliz. Você pode encaixá-lo em seus universos à parte ou de outros Rp (role playing). Só pedimos que o mantenha como eilin. Exemplos: Encaixei meu Eilin em um universo de vampiros que criei, o que faço?
- R: Você pode encaixar seu Eilin na lore que quiser, colocá-lo onde quiser, apenas mantenha que, sua raça, também continua sendo eilin, independente se ele for transformado em um vampiro, viajante espacial, guerreiro celestial, etc.
- 2- Entretanto, para lores extraordinárias e que fujam das regras de Eliz, só pedimos que deixem um aviso, que não influenciam na lore oficial da CS.
- 3- Os Deuses atuais e Warlocks são as maiores autoridades da CS, personagens com lores que quebram essa regra, não serão aceitos oficialmente.
Regras de Aparência:
- 1- Cada raridade possui sua regra de aparência, como: Chifres, marcas e cores de pele/esclera. É obrigatório seguir as regras de cada raridade.
- 2- Adopts oficiais NÃO PODEM ser modificados sem permissão das artistas por se tratar de ser um desenho na base. Qualquer mudança nela (base) DEVE ser comunicada previamente com o designer para se obter permissão e enviado a administração para aprovação.
- 2.1- Alterações no adopt oficial FORA da base como: Penteado, roupas, cicatrizes, tatuagens pequenas e acessórios não necessariamente precisam ser comunicados, apenas pedimos que tenham discernimento e que, novamente, não mexam na base sem permissão. Amputação de membros e proteses podem ser feitos fora da base também até segunda ordem.
- 3- TODO design de MYO (Make Your Own) necessita obrigatoriamente de uma ID. E esses designs podem ser remoldados do 0 no limite de duas vezes por ID. Em caso de terceiras edições em diante, será necessária a utilização do Néctar de edição (obtido na loja da CS).
- 3.1- POR FAVOR avise as administradoras em caso de remodelamento do 0 de um MYO.
- 3.2- É OBRIGATÓRIO que você apresente sua carteirinha ou a numeração da mesma no momento de envio do design para aprovação.
- 4- Se tiver dúvidas se pode ou não colocar algo em seu Eilin, NÃO HESITE em entrar em contato com as administradoras (Shino ou Noriyaki), responderemos de bom grado para que erros não sejam cometidos.
Regras de Adopts:
- 1- A criação de adopts é exclusiva das ADM's DriOak, Lawari, Noriyaki, Shino e Sophus, e das guests artists Emily e Bennik, se você mesmo quer fazer o design do seu Eilin, é necessário obter um MYO (Make Your Own).
- 2- Se você ver alguém, que não seja as ADM’s ou guests, vendendo adopts oficiais não registrados, é uma criação e venda ILEGAL, e, se descoberta, estamos no nosso total direito de retirar o personagem da pessoa e adiciona-la a blacklist. Isso inclui a produção de designs por terceiros para apenas vender no grupo.
- 3- Adotáveis oficiais recém comprados só podem ser revendidos/trocados UMA SEMANA depois da compra. (Regra não válida para Gachas).
- 4- Na venda de premades (Adopts oficiais) que não contenham artes extras, apenas os arquivos originais, é PROIBIDA a venda por um valor maior que o de sua aquisição, mesmo que o comprador ofereça. Em caso de descoberta do descumprimento da regra, uma penalização será aplicada.
Revendas:
- 1- Se for um MYO (sem a tag de FREE) não utilizado/sem aparência, é obrigatório que o valor cobrado de sua venda seja, no máximo, o valor base do MYO de tal raridade.
- 1.1- Se o design MYO já possuir uma aparência pronta, arte extra e afins, não colocamos valor limite, fica a critério de seu dono.
- 2- Premades/Designs oficiais devem ser revendidos no máximo por seu valor base mais o valor das artes extras. O vendedor é proibido de cobrar mais do que o eilin vale, tentar leilões ou esconder o valor real para "Receber ofertas". Publicações que não estipularem o valor minimo ou maximo exigido pelo eilin, serão recusadas ou apagadas.
- 2.1- Presentes, artes obtidas por AF (Art Fight), requests (pedidos), coisas que você trocou para obter o eilin não adicionam valor ao eilin em questão.
- 3- Artes que foram criadas pelo dono do eilin podem agregar ao valor dele, mas em caso de revenda, deve ser comprovado seus valores (Pode ser através de sua folha de comissão, de valores que lhe pagaram, o importante é provar que não haverá superfaturamento).
- 4- Recapitulando: Em caso de sair da espécie ou querer usar a aparência de um premade/adopt oficial fora da espécie, é obrigatório que o dono mantenha o eilin consigo.
- 5- Se vender ou trocar seu MYO/adopt, AVISE a administração para atualizarmos os dados na masterlist e o nome na carteirinha, isso é OBRIGATÓRIO. Em caso de não comunicação e troca posterior, a administração manterá o myo/adopt congelado até ter a certeza de que a posse é veridica.
- 6- Em caso de revenda/trade/gift com pessoas não membro da espécie, deixe claro a outra parte que o personagem em questão se trata de um eilin, vindo de uma CS e por recomendação passe o link de nosso grupo no facebook e nosso world no toyhouse.
- Tais regras novas foram criadas para protegê-lo como comprador, após reclamações e denúncias de inflação de preços e abusos de vantagens.
- Qualquer transição de eilin em situação duvidosa ou que burle as regras utilizando de suas áreas cinzas, pode ser interrompida para análise e aprovação.
Eilins Gratuitos:
- 1- Se seu Eilin/MYO foi ganho em uma gincana, evento ou sorteio, é PROIBIDO vendê-lo por dinheiro, apenas trocas sem fins lucrativos, isso inclui mesmo se tiver artes extras.
- 2- A participação em gincanas e sorteios é para ser feita apenas em caso de interesse na premiação para uso próprio. O cooldown pra troca de qualquer premade ou prêmios gratuitos na CS é 1 mês e é estritamente proibida a venda dos mesmos. Qualquer transação estranha desencadeará no prêmio indo para o próximo participante.
- 3- Designs de eilins desenvolvidos em eventos MYOs também não poderão ser revendidos, nem separados de suas ID’s. Regra não válida em caso de artes extras.
- Essas regras existem após ser percebido uma movimentação estranha, então por favor, para evitar que as pessoas transformem eilins em formas de lucro, respeite-a. Sujeito a penalização!
Punições e Lista Negra:

- 1- As punições só são aplicadas em último caso, quando a uma quebra de regra muito grande e prejudicial a CS e seus membros ou uma longa sequência de erros após diversos avisos.
- 2- Temos total direito de banir, silenciar e retomar os eilins de membros que se recusam a seguir as regras.
- 2.1- A retomada dos eilins de um membro irregular só ocorre quando o mesmo insiste em descumprir as regras da espécie, ignorando os avisos da administração, essa é uma medida muito extrema que só tomaremos se a pessoa mostrar não querer colaborar conosco.
- 2.2- Os eilins retomados são distribuídos em forma de sorteio para os membros ativos da espécie.
Welcome:
- Our species focuses on cooperation between members and tries its best to remain a united community. These rules are for the protection of ourselves, the creators and our members.
Rules of Conduct:
- 1- Respect: We need to stay together to create a warm atmosphere. Bullying or degrading comments of any kind is not tolerated the same goes for any kind of discrimination or prejudice. Be good.
- 2-Respect the CS: The Eilins is a closed species, this means that you can't create or show any design without a MYO. After obtaining the permission to have your own eilin, please respect the rules about appearance. Every Eilin has to be sent to approval by the adms Noriyaki and Shino before they enter the CS.
- 3- Respect all the creators, we work every day to keep the CS active and organized for everyone, but we also need our space and time, we do not tolerate attacks and rude behavior without any reason.
- 4- Do not STEAL OR COPY. Any attempt to steal the design of another eilin, be tracing or coping, will be punished severely. (EX: Ban PERMANENTLY from the species.)
- 4.1- Premades or designs can’t be sent to the “void.” outside the species, if you wish to keep the design after leaving the species, it's obligatory to keep the premade with you.
- 5- Every event and games will have their rules and means of participation, so respect the rules and follow them accordingly. If you are not agreeing with the rules, do not participate, if any rule is broken during the participation in the games\event, the responsibles will be disqualified.
- 5.1- Any rude behavior during events or raffles, with the eilins can and it will be interrupted for analises.
- 5.2- If detected any kind of participation, in events or raffles, just to use the eilins as trade coins, the administration has the total right to negotiate the removal of the eilin, and the raffle will be done a second time.
- 6- All the arts are for personal use, not commercial. We do not permit the use of the eilins image for any kind of publicity, branding, promotional, any type of commercial usage, that includes NFTs, IA and “Vtuber activities”, until second thoughts.
- 7 - We authorize the creation of comics, fictional stories (fanfics) created by members for profit, however it is required that credits be given to CS openly. For any queries, please contact the administration immediately.
- 7.1 - If the original eilin design does not belong to the creator of the work, you must request authorization.
- 7.2 - Eliz's universe should not be changed, as well as any character belonging to her lore. Animals, creatures, plants or regions have artistic freedom passes, but not gods, warlocks and other authorities.
- 7.3 - These rules were created not to impede the artistic freedom of members of the species, but because it is necessary that we have control over what is being done with CS, so these rules can be changed and extended if necessary, everything will be analyzed individually.
Universe Rules:
- 1- Despite being a CS, your eilin is not obligated to live in the Eliz universe. You can use him in your own universe or in other RPG. (Role playing game.) We only ask to keep it as an eilin. Examples: “I will put my eilin in a vampire universe I created, what should I do?”
- Answer: You can put your eilin anywhere you want, just keep his race as an eilin. He can be transformed into any type of creature, as long as he keeps being an Eilin.
- 2- By any means, for extremely imaginative lore, that doesn't follow the rules of the species, we only ask that you leave a warning, that being of your lore is not affecting the official lore of the species.
- 3- The Atual Gods and the Warlocks are the supreme autorites of the universe (CS). Characters with lore that break this rule, will not be official.
Appearance Rules:
- 1- Each kind of rarity has their own set of rules, example: horns, traits, color of skin and sclera. It’s obligatory to follow the rules of every rarity.
- 2- Official dopts CANNOT be modified without permission from the artists as it is a base drawing. Any changes to it (base) MUST be communicated in advance with the designer to obtain permission and sent to administration for approval.
- 2.1- Changes to the official adopts OFF-BASE as: hairstyles, clothes, scars, small tattoos and accessories, doesn't really require permission to be done, we only ask for you to have discernment, and again, do not change the base without permission.
- 3- Every design of MYO (Make Your Own) it's obligatory to have an ID. Those design can be reseted from zero two times. In case of third reset onwards, it will be necessary to use the edition Nectar (obtainable in the CS store).
- 3.1- PLEASE notify administrators in case of remodeling of 0 a MYO slot.
- 3.2- It' i's MANDATORY that you present your eilin card or ID number when submitting the design for approval.
- 4- If you have doubts about whether or not you can put something on your Eilin, DON'T HESITATE to contact the administrators (Shino or Noriyaki), we will gladly respond so that mistakes are not made.
Adopt Rules:
- 1- The creation of adopts is exclusive to ADM's DriOak, Lawari, Noriyaki, Shino and Sophus, and guest artists Emily and Bennik, if you want to design your Eilin yourself, you need to get a MYO (Make Your Own).
- 2- If you see someone, other than the ADM's or guests, selling unregistered official adopts, it's an ILLEGAL creation and sale, and, if discovered, we have our full right to remove the person's character and add it to the blacklist . This includes third party production of designs to sell within the group only.
- 3- Newly purchased official adoptables can only be resold/exchanged ONE WEEK after purchase. (Rule not valid for Gachas).
- 4- In the sale of premades (official Adopts) that do not contain extra arts, only the original files, it is PROHIBITED to sell them for a value greater than the purchase price, even if the buyer offers it. In case of discovery of non-compliance with the rule, a penalty will be applied.
Resale:
- 1- If it is an unused/unseen MYO (without the FREE tag), it is mandatory that the amount charged for its sale is, at most, the base value of the MYO of that rarity.
- 1.1- If the MYO design already has a ready-made appearance, extra art and the like, we do not set a limit value, it is at the discretion of its owner.
- 2- Official Premades/Designs must be resold at most for their base value plus the value of the extra arts. The seller is prohibited from charging more than the eilin is worth, attempting auctions or hiding the real value for "Receiving Offers". Publications that do not stipulate the minimum or maximum value required by eilin will be refused or deleted.
- 2.1- Gifts, arts obtained by AF (Art Fight), requests (orders), things you exchanged to get the eilin do not add value to the eilin in question.
- 3- Arts that were created by the owner of the eilin can add to its value, but in case of resale, its values must be proven (It can be through your commission sheet, of amounts paid to you, the important thing is to prove that there will be no overbilling).
- 4- To recap: In case of leaving the species or wanting to use the appearance of an official premade/adopt outside the species, it is mandatory that the owner keeps the eilin with him.
- 5- If you sell or exchange your MYO/adopt, NOTIFY the administration so that we can update the data on the masterlist and the name on the card, this is MANDATORY. In the event of non-communication and later exchange, the administration will keep myo/adopt frozen until it is sure that ownership is true.
- 6- In case of resale/trade/gift with non-members of the species, make it clear to the other party that the character in question is an eilin, coming from a CS and by recommendation pass the link to our group on facebook and our world no toyhouse.
- Such new rules were created to protect you as a buyer, after complaints and accusations of price inflation and abuse of advantages.
- Any eilin transition in doubtful situation or that circumvents the rules using its gray areas, can be interrupted for analysis and approval.
Free Eilins:
- 1- If your Eilin/MYO was won in a events or games, it's FORBIDDEN to sell it for money, only non-profit exchanges, even if you have extra arts.
- 2- Participation in games and raffles is to be done only in case of interest in prizes for yourself. The cooldown for exchanging any free premade or prizes in CS is 1 month and their sale is strictly prohibited. Any odd transaction will trigger the prize going to the next entrant.
- 3- Eilin designs developed in MYOs events cannot be resold either, nor separated from their ID's.Rule not valid in case of extra gear.
- These rules exist after strange movement is noticed, so please, to prevent people from turning eilins into ways of profit, respect them. Penalty subject!
Penalties and Blacklist:

- 1- Punishments are only applied as a last resort, when there is a very large rule break that is harmful to CS and its members or a long sequence of errors after several warnings.
- 2- We have full right to ban, silence and resume the eilins of members who refuse to follow the rules.
- 2.1- The resumption of the eilins of an irregular member only occurs when he insists on breaking the rules of the species, ignoring the warnings of the administration, this is a very extreme measure that we will only take if the person shows that he does not want to collaborate with us.
