Localizado abaixo do nível do mar, em uma depressão causada naturalmente pela natureza, esse distrito é considerado uma região não muito segura de Gcity.
Por conta de sua localização geográfica, dificultando a passagem de veículos grandes, e o fluxo recorrente de pessoas, muitos criminosos se esgueiram sobre as ruas. Mas pessoas comuns também vivem e crescem dentro do distrito.

Bastille é uma região de Gcity afastada do centro da cidade e do polo comercial, localizada perto das bordas de gcity.
Por estarem mais afastados do centro, onde a concentração tecnológica e de Eilins é surreal, Bastille ainda possuem a essência de pertencer a uma cidade grande, mas é mais tranquilo que os bairros vizinhos.
A vegetação aqui é pequena e baixa, com gramados e plantas sempre aparados, não chega nem perto da natureza que existe em Nandi.

Mas a parte mais importante do templo, é acima das nuvens, é lá que os Deuses residem e trabalham arduamente por Eliz. Apenas sacerdotes podem acessar essa área, para realizarem suas tarefas e auxiliarem os deuses
