Apesar do nome, a vila é considerada uma cidade pequena, tudo é relativamente perto, em exceção dos locais que ficam fora da cidade, muitas vezes perto das praias.
Uma cidade litorânea, à beira do continente de ILizia. Tem um comércio baseado no turismo e na pesca, de frente para o mar, e também populares na construção de navios tecnológicos.
É uma cidade simples e humilde, com poucos habitantes, mas uma cidade cativante. Com um ar de pirata, alguns habitantes brincam dizendo que parecem morar dentro de um livro fantasioso.
Maior que sua vizinha, Algae Beach, ambas as cidades possuem um ar de rivalidade, principalmente quando se trata das competições anuais de Surfe, em que as duas cidades competem pelo prêmio.

DDespite its name, the village is considered a small town, everything is relatively close, except for the places that are outside the town, often near the beaches.

Está parte da cidade possui monumentos de tijolos e madeira, diferente do restante dos lugares da vila.
Tudo isso por que foi o ultimo local a ser construído, quando os Eilins já estavam avançando mais tecnologicamente, e focando em usar seus recursos em partes que consideravam importantes.
Porém, é uma área bem pequena da região, tendo apenas 13 prédios de tijolos e madeira, os Eilins daqui parecem gostar muito mais da madeira rústica do que do cimento, e a vizinhança é muito unida.
Muito popular quando se trata da questão de vendas de peixes e frutas, Fairground virá uma verdadeira bagunça em alguns dias da semana, quando as mercadorias chegam e os Eilins de Shell Village correm para cá, fazendo sua feira da semana.

Um lugar vasto, coberto apenas de areia, terra, e muita agua.
A agua é cristalina, e o mais importante, rasa. Não a caminho convencional para chegar até as Planícies Azuis, os Eilins que desejarem fazer isso, terão que se preparar para alguns bons minutos caminhando na areia irregular, sem sombra, e também molhar os joelhos.
Mas com certeza, é uma visão encantadora ao chegar na ponta, e ver a imensidão do mar que te cerca. Além, é claro, de poder conhecer os intrigantes animais e plantas que ali vivem, formados principalmente por crustáceos e corais que se esgueiram nas bordas e em buracos fundos no meio das aguas rasas.
Dizem que ter a honra de ver a Planície de noite é indescritível. O céu brilha como nunca, galáxias que podem ser vistas perfeitamente sem usar nenhum equipamento, e o mar em volta se enche de brilho, por conta dos corais e crustáceos luminosos.

A vast place, covered only by sand, earth, and a lot of water.
The water is crystal clear, and most importantly, shallow. There is no conventional way to get to the Blue Plains, the Eilin who wish to do so will have to prepare themselves for a good few minutes walking on the rough sand, without shade, and also get their knees wet.
But it sure is a lovely sight when you reach the tip, and see the immensity of the sea that surrounds you. Besides, of course, being able to see the intriguing animals and plants that live there, made up mainly of crustaceans and corals that sneak around the edges and deep holes in the shallows.
They say that having the honor of seeing the Plain at night is indescribable. The sky glows like never before, galaxies can be seen perfectly without using any equipment, and the surrounding sea is filled with glow, because of the luminous corals and crustaceans.
