Bione foi fundada pelo Incomum Taren Bione, descendente de Kasse Grunmond e Anivia Bione.
A cidade fica escondida atrás uma floresta muito densa e um terreno irregular, na qual o único acesso possível é através de naves, já que até sua costa é cercada por penhascos altos.
