Chatwings designed for the World of Ambaran by Wildnature03.
The few things that came to mind as inspiration:
- They are a feline and bug mixture, with a elongated body.
- I gave them a fluffy tail.
- They have wings (these can be ANY type, by the way) and can fly.
- A gem is located on the forehead - any variety, color, style, etc.
- The lining on the back is just hardened cartilage.
- As babies, they don't have wings nor is the hardened cartilage present. It forms once they reach a certain age and then the wings break out like it was a cocoon. The cartilage then heals and hardens.
- Their bones are lighter than most animals, and so they have the ability of flight. It's another reason why their body is more elongated, it helps them keep a balance once in the air...
