Efferia is a small planet made mostly of water. As such, inhabitants have learned to live life in the air or at/in the saltwater seas. The most abundant landlocked species, and the most varied on Efferia, are the Lemea and the Mawths. The Lemea are fun, frisky, and technologically advanced residing primarily on the island of Vale while the Mawths are a more serious species the run wild in the forests of Aneitha. At sea, however, are huge beasts that can come up out of the water to feed on overhead flying creatures if they should fly just a bit too low. These megabeasts of the seas rule unconditionally. Even in the air where the Lemea fly, some larger birds and creatures of prey fly as well tho they tend to live much higher than where the Lemea fly and, unless starved, don't think much of eating a Lemea as it isn't but a small snack...
- Vale is the largest mountainous island on Efferia.
- Aneitha is the 2nd largest island complete with a rainforest.
- Lato is the "uninhabitable" icy island in the far north...
ANEITHA
Aneitha is a vacation paradise [for Lemea]! For the Mawths, THIS IS HOME. This singular rainforest exists on this large island. And while a large island, it does pale in comparison to Vale. Some cleared areas are laid out as farmland and clan homesites. Caves and caverns dip in and out of land and into the sea where the Mawths are at home swimming. The Lemea and Mawths borderline war over boundaries and land...
On Aneitha, the Lemea have 3 larger cities for vacation spots. The clans of the Mawths are spread around Aneitha and can sometimes be isolated and attacked by Lemean forces... The clans live their lives in harmony with the land and some are even nomadic.

Nestled deep in the rainforest and on the side of the mountain, it is calm, quiet and a little cooler. The pace in this vacation city is much slower than in Port Haven and Talha. Many Lemea come here to gather shiny stones that can be found in the mountains!
