Terms of Service

As with any artist, I do have terms to using my artwork! By commissioning or buying from me, you agree to follow my terms of service, lest you be blocked.

Commission Terms
-Please do not use my artwork without permission. If you paid for it, you may use it, otherwise you must ask for mine, or the commissioners permission.
-All payment must be up front through Paypal or Ko-fi. I unfortunately do not accept Venmo, but I may accept gift cards, depending on the time of year!
-If you see my artwork being used as an NFT, that is NOT me. My artwork is not to be used to support crypto in any way.
-Please do not edit my artwork. Small line edits are okay, but changing colors or design for characters is a no-no. Please ask me to fix it first.
-Do not print my work as stickers, keychains, T-shirts, etc.. If it is for personal use, please ask first, but I will likely decline unless you are a close friend of mine.Design Terms
-Adopts and character sales must happen in one payment unless the cost goes over $100 in which I will allow payment plans. I do allow holds, but not for months at a time.
-As long as the design is recognizable, you are free to redesign as much as you'd need.
-I do have aphantasia, so sometimes I'll make designs similar to others without realizing. If this is a problem at any point, let me know. I promise to correct it as I see fit.
-Most of the designs I sell are feral, so I am politely requesting that you just don't be gross about that. Zoophiles are NOT valid.
-If you have a design I made, I do appreciate being notified if they go for sale/offers again. I don't always, but sometimes I like to get designs back.
