A neatly assembled document detailing all basic information about your OC. A mix between concise and understandable while being a fun read!

Each headcanon is about 2 - 4 paragraphs. Each page contains 3-5 depending on how complex each piece is. They're mini bits of insight on your character or your ship's dynamics!

All terms of service are subject to change. By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to these TOS:1. General
- I (the writer) reserve the right to refuse any commission, for any personal or non-personal reason.2. Payment
- All comms paid viaI Online service are subject to a 50cent convenience fee. Unless purchased via Goods and services (Giftcards, applicable subscriptions, Trades etc).- Any payment over 30USD can be half upfront, half after two weeks have passed or first draft/delivery (whatever comes first). Under 30USD is full upfront only.- Full refunds will only be given if I cannot fulfill the commission for any way, shape or form.- Commissions cancelled at the customers fault (by not wanting it anymore, by insulting the writer, by ghosting, etc) will not be grounds for a refund.- DO NOT use my commissions as a voucher (discuss with someone else the payment of my services as payment for you) without discussing it with me first!!4. Copyright / Usage
- Unless asked by the writer, my writing is to ALWAYS have visible and legible credit attached to it.
- You cannot claim to have written my work unless a fee has been paid for my ghostwriting services.- My (regular) prices are listed as noncommercial, personal use only.
- I retain all copyright to my work unless discussed as part of commercial commissions.- I am available for commercial commissions! These require an additional fee discussed with the writer.- Commercial includes any means of profit (Patreon rewards, profitable or widespread distribution, marketing,etc.)- My writing is NOT to be used for any AI, NFT and/or any machine learning purposes.

about the process !

1. Commissioning
- Requesting refunds are only possible BEFORE first draft has been started if requested by you. If I cannot deliver a final prouct at any point I'll refund the commission base rate in full.- Each re-draft of the previous working draft is free under 300 words. If you want more than that to be wiped and re-written, an additional fee might be applicable, within reason.- I am allowed to reject or cancel a commission if uncomfortable with the person or theme of the writing piece.2. Writing Process
- I will deliver the piece in several drafts (chunks). How many depends on how long a piece is.- I will constantly be updating the Trello entry associated with your piece for easier updates!! However you can always reach out for updates personally if preferred.- The following are some timing estimates based on when I START your piece (which might take different times from commissioning to outline depending on my queue).- All of these TATs might change drastically. Feel free to reach out to me for any updates!

3. Delivery / Distribution
- Once the commission has gone through all drafts and the commissioner is happy with the results, I will provide a couple of different options for delivery. Some of these include emailing a PDF, uploading to Toyhouse, etc.- I retain the right to publish the work I have created into any of my social media websites, in my effort to keep my portfolio of examples current and available.- If you desire to keep the piece private, that is totally okay! Please notify me as a part of your form.
- If this private piece is posted anywhere, it will exclude your name /username and will censor your character(s)' names, physical characteristics, and descriptive details with different ones.- You are allowed to edit the fic in the future as long as it pertains to your character's growth or characteristics AND is for personal reasons, for your comfort. Ex: (Your character, a reflection of you, is trans and you want to remove their deadname from the writing. Or your character is no longer a kemonomimi/they no longer hold the specific traits of a fandom etc). All changes that do not align with these specifications are fine as long as they are kept PRIVATE.- You (the client) are NOT ALLOWED to publicly edit the fic in any way that pertains to changing the writers' intent, themes, or commercial purpose (EX. You cannot majorly change a humanoid character into an anthro, you cannot add any hateful speech or fetishes, you cannot edit names to fit an entire character so you can use that writing piece as advertising or monetize it.)- I (the writer) am allowed to edit the fic in the future as long as it pertains to showcasing my writing skills or style (my portfolio or social media examples). This includes modifying or replacing character names/traits, or fandom names/traits.

- I will only write pieces that both the writer (me) and the commissioner (you) are comfortable with!
- Once in the drafting process, any changes relating to the explicit content you don't like are encouraged! Again, comfort is my number one priority for you. I will make sure the piece is fine-tuned to your tastes.
- Right now I will only write for smut for humanoid characters, but feel free to inquire!
- Gore for anthro or feral is generally okay, feel free to inquire!
- I will generally NOT mix gore with smut. Light sexual pain is okay (biting as a kink, choking, hair-pulling) as long as the character receiving it is enthusiastic about it.
- I will NOT write extreme vore, sexual gore, guro, etc for any sort of sexual scenes.2. IDing
- All explicit pieces (excessive gore or erotic writing) will require proof of age. Here is a link to the ID'ing process!
- If you want to commission a piece as a gift for someone else (partner, friend) and I'm made aware of it, I will require the IDs of every party involved. I will not write explicit content intended for someone who I don't have explicit consent from to write about their characters/OCs/etc.3. Payment
- All explicit pieces are via PayPal invoice, upfront.
- Base-rate pieces (excluding the gacha drabbles that have their own pricing) will have an additional percentage for explicit pieces.
- NSFW works are between 50-70% extra.
- Gore works are between 30-60% extra.
- An extra amount will NOT be required for non-explicit pieces. (When in doubt, please ask!!) Here's some examples:

4. Privacy or Ghostwriting
- You may ask to keep a piece private or confidential. That is totally okay!!
- If I choose to post the piece to showcase as my examples as I do with most commissions, I will omit your name and change any defining features of your OCs/characters to protect that privacy.
- On the other hand:
- While I am comfortable writing a variety of subjects, I might not be comfortable with those subjects being posted publicly. If you'd like to display one of such pieces publically, I might ask to be credited either as a ghost writer or via a pseudonym.
- This will be discussed before me accepting the commission.
- I might change my mind at any time (you can still display your piece publically if desired, I might just request for my credit to be changed or removed at any point).
