~ Costume Contest ~

Starting from October 1st and ending on October 31st, all
Medi-Borg's are invited to show off their Halloween costumes!

For this event, you'll need to draw your Medi-Borg in their Halloween costume. At the end, everyone's costumes and art pieces will be judged by the mod team based on their effort and creativity!
Prizes will be given to the contest's winner or winners.

Rules

  • All pieces must be at least a flat colored thigh-up.

  • All art must be hand-made. Bases are not allowed.

  • At least 1 character in a piece must be a Medi-Borg.

  • The Medi-Borg's drawn must be in a Halloween costume. Medi-borgs who have a Halloween themed costume as their default outfit do not count, their outfit must be different from their usual one.

  • Licensed characters may be used as costumes, but you must state who your Medi-borg is dressing up as and what the character is from.

  • The entry must be submitted to #event-submissions in the Discord within the set timeframe.

  • You may make multiple pieces with the same Medi-borg, but only 1 piece per person may win.

Prizes

  • All participants will be given 1.5x additional pills as a participation award. You must submit your piece to #pharmacy-and-pills in the Discord for this to apply.

  • The winner will be given a Glitch MYO slot as well as a drawing by SEEntropy of the winners Medi-Borg wearing the winning costume.

  • Depending on the number of entries, extra prizes may be given out.

~ Candy Hunt ~

Starting from October 13th and ending on October 31st, we'll be hosting a candy hunt!

During this event different emoji candies will be posted by our mod team randomly in various channels in the Discord. During this time, people may @ the poster to claim a candy!
At the end of the event, all candies will be redeemed for prizes! The prizes will be revealed after the event has ended.

Rules

  • Each candy is a different tier. Different tiers will contain different kinds of prizes. Each person may only claim a certain number of candies per tier.

  • Each person can collect a maximum of four candies total - two candies from Tier 1, one candy from Tier 2, and one candy from Tier 3.

  • Only the first person to @ our mod member may claim per candy posted.

  • Our mod team is shown with pink names, so keep an eye out on our posts.You never know where we’ve hidden our candies!

ART FIGHT!

What is Art Fight?

Art Fight is a month-long game where you create artwork of others’ OCs to earn points to help bring your team to victory.

Please note that the site is usually super slow right around the start of the event - if it won't load, that's totally normal - reload a few times, or check back in again later!

Medi-Borg Event and Participation

In this event, if you create an attack for Art Fight featuring a Medi-Borg character, you can earn 1.5x the usual amount of Pills for your work. On top of that, you will be entered into a raffle for various prizes at the end of the event. This includes MYO slots and art from some of our admins!

How to Participate

First, upload your Medi-Borg to your Art Fight profile!

Please take careful note that Art Fight has many very specific guidelines when it comes to content filters on your submissions, many of which heavily coincide with our species. Examples are the depiction or mention of medication of any kind, needles, blood, etc.

Please make sure you credit the species when uploading your Medi-Borg’s profile!
There is a section when creating a character profile on Art Fight that allows you to link a closed species sheet.

Please also add the tag “Medi-Borg” onto your character’s profile so others can search the site directly to find Medi-Borgs to draw!

You may then advertise the links to your Medi-Borgs’ profiles in the #artfight-links channel on Discord!

Please checked the pinned comment for the rules and format.

When you’d like to find a Medi-Borg to draw, you can scroll through the channel to find one that interests you!

Submitting your Entries

First, submit your drawing to the Art Fight website!

Then, to earn 1.5x Pills and raffle entries, please head on over to the #event-submissions channel on Discord and submit your entry with this form:

  • Username: (this is the main username that we use when we keep track of your Pills balance, so it’s okay if it differs from your Art Fight username!)

  • Submission: (please link your art fight submission - it must be uploaded to the Art Fight website. please DO NOT submit just an image, it needs to be the URL so we can verify!)

Note: you do not have to submit your entries to the usual #pharmacy-and-pills channel as long as you have submitted your entry to the #event-submissions channel as instructed above! Pills will automatically be added to your balance upon submission!(However, please continue to submit any non-event pieces to the #pharmacy-and-pills channel as usual!)

Participation Raffle

Entries submitted to the #event-submissions Discord channel will automatically earn one entry per Medi-Borg drawn!

Once Art Fight officially ends, you’ll have 24 hours to get any last minute submissions to us. We’ll then close the event to any further entries and within another 24 hours from then, we’ll draw our winners using a randomizer and announce them in the giveaways channel. Please make sure to have your @ notifications on!

Event Duration

This event will last the duration of Art Fight, which is approximately one month, and entries can be submitted up to 24 hours after the site’s official deadline!

Due to technical difficulties which make the site go down at the start of the game, Art Fight sometimes extends into the month of August for a few days. It doesn’t have a guaranteed end date, though the goal is always to run for about a month. We’ll try to keep you updated the best we can, but you can always check out the site to get a prediction of when our event will be ending as well!

During the fair you'll be able to complete different events in order to get the event's currency, chocolates!

For this event, all you need to do is make a little Valentine's card! It can be from you to your Medi-Borg, your Medi-Borg to their friend, or a romantic gesture between your Medi-Borg and their lover! It doesn't matter if you put in a ton of work or spend just 5 minutes on it, it's the thought that counts! <3

-Rules-

The card must be either to or from a Medi-Bord.

Please send your finished card in the Valentine's Cards thread in the event-submissions channel in Discord.

-Coloring Page-

Earn 2 Chocolates per entryCare to show your colors?
For this event stall, color in this page in order to be given the chance to adopt the Medi-Borg you just colored!
After the fair is over, the mod team will pick a winner! The winner will get the colored Medi-Borg as an adopt!
You may submit the page multiple times with different colors, but only one submission can win

For this stall, you can fill out either base below using your Medi-Borg! If you don't have a Medi-Borg but still want to paricipate, you can use either of our species' mascots or ask to draw someone else's Medi-Borg!
To be given chocolates, you must put your filled out base in the #event-submissions channel in our Discord. You can fill these out as many times as you wish!
Rules:
1- These bases are for Medi-Borgs only. Please don't use other characters or species with explict permission.
2. When uploading to places like Toyhouse please remember to properly credit the base.
3. Do not use these for anything other than this event and do not use these past the end of the event for any reason.

    Welcome to our Secret Santa!

    What is a Secret Santa?

    Secret Santa is a game in which you and other participants will all be randomly given another person to give a gift to. In this case, the gift will be a drawing of the other person’s Medi-Borg. At the end of the event, all participants will post their drawings in the #medi-borg-art channel in the Discord server on the same day.
    Do NOT post your drawing before the given day!

    How will this Secret Santa work?

    • The names of all participants will be put into a randomizer. Each participant will be given another person to draw the Medi-Borg of.

    • After all names have been sorted, you will be messaged. This message will give you the name of the person you are drawing for.

    • After being given a name, you must make that person at least one art piece based on what is on their wishlist.

    • At the end of the event, all participants will submit their finished art pieces to the specified channel on the same day. Do not share your art before the end date!

    • At the end, all participants will give and receive at least one piece of art.

    • You must own a Medi-Borg to participate in this event.

    • You may not participate in this event if you are on cooldown from the gift game.

    • The drawing timeframe of this event will go from the 8th of December to the 29th of December.

    • You may not tell others who you are drawing for or what you are drawing. You must keep who you’re drawing for a secret until the end of the event.

    • Please remember to treat all participants with respect.

    - Secret Santa Assignment -

    • You will be assigned your Secret Santa on December 8th.

    • A mod will DM you your Secret Santa, so please keep your DM's open to us.

    • All pairs will be randomized, so please make sure to include on your form ahead of time things such as any themes or imagery you are uncomfortable drawing, specific users you would like to avoid, etc. We will not be re-assigning secret santas after they are given out.

    • If you have any questions for who you are drawing for, please ask a mod to ask for you instead of directly messaging them. Doing so will spoil who you are drawing for.

    - Drawing Process -

    • You may not tell others who you are drawing for.

    • You may not post WIPs of your art piece in any of the work-in-progress channels. This would give away who you are drawing for and what you are making for them.

    • For this event, NSFW is not allowed. The only expectation to this is if you must draw some kind of heavy gore for the Medi-Borg you are drawing. Remember to properly spoiler your drawing when posting if this is applicable.

    • All art pieces will be given a 1.5x bonus to Pills for this event.

    - Submission Process -

    • You must finish your piece by the end of the event countdown. You may find this near the bottom of this page.

    • After you have completed your piece, you must DM the finished art to a mod. This is to ensure that all pieces are accounted for and available incase we need to post them.

    • If you are unable to submit your piece on the end date, please let a mod know and we will post your piece for you.

    • If you end up being unsure if you can complete by the given date, please DM a mod about it.

    • You will only be given one extension for a maximum of one week. If you do not complete your piece by then, a moderator will be assigned to fill in and create a piece for your receiver instead.

    • Failure to complete your piece on time will result in a ban for next month's “Gift Game” event as well as you being put into a watch-list for future group events.

    • Please remember to properly spoiler your piece when posting if your drawing contains senstive themes or imagery.

    • Please remember to treat all participants with respect.

    - Art Requirments -

    • All pieces must be at least a colored bust shot.

    • Bases are not allowed, all work must be your own.

    • All pieces must have at least 1 Medi-Borg present in the piece.

    • You may make more than one piece during the time you are given, but it must still abide by all previous rules.

    • All art pieces will be shared in #medi-borg-art on the 29th. Please wait for the announcement before posting.

    • To gain Pills, our species currency, for your art piece(s) you must submit them to the #pharmacy-and-pills channel in the discord. You may only do this after the end date for this event.

      - Rules -

      • By owning a Medi-Borg you agree to the species TOS.

      • You may only receive 1 MYO through this event.

      • You must complete AND get your Medi-Borg approved before the end of the event. The ability to make a character freely from this event ends when the event ends.

      • If you post your Medi-Borg in for approval close to the end of the event, you may be given a small extension for any necessary edits. Aside from this, extensions will not be permitted. Please be sure to get your Medi-Borg approved on time!

      • Please do not edit your form comment after posting. Any additions or edits should be done using the Discord reply system. In such a case, please reply to your comment with the additional information.

      • To prove that you’ve read the rules you must put a thank you to our mod Ama in the “extra” section of the form.

      • For any questions or concerns feel free to ask in #questions!

      • The event will run from November 15th to November 29th.
