TOS for my designs
Payment
- I only take payment through Paypal, and will ask for your paypal email to send an invoice!
- I only do holds for people who have bought from me before, and for no more than one week
- If I don't get a response from you in one week, whatever I'm selling will open back up and may be claimed by someone else!
Usage
- All designs I make are for personal use only unless otherwise specified.
- You don't have to credit me every time you use one of my designs, but please credit me every time you use my original artwork!
- Please don't take my username off of the designer credit unless you majorly redesign the character!
Artwork
- Any artwork I create is also strictly for personal use unless otherwise specified.
- Please don't alter my original artwork. If you want a small change, please feel free to contact me, I save all of my files and would be happy to make a small adjustment for you!
- Please credit me whenever you use my artwork! I'd love a link back to one of my social medias, but just "art by blushingbats" is enough, thank you!
Reselling, trading, and gifting
- Reselling my designs is okay, but please don't try to turn a profit off of them - I'd prefer if you kept the resale value to what you originally paid + any commissioned artwork, though this isn't a strict rule!
- Trading and gifting my designs is also always okay!
- I'd like to keep track of my designs on Toyhouse, so would prefer my designs stay owned by other Toyhouse users and the profile be transferred through the site. If you're giving one of my designs to someone off of Toyhouse, please make sure they know who designed it!
Rules for my OCs
Allowed
- You can ALWAYS draw any of my OCs as a gift for me! No need to ask! I love surprises! Please just credit me for the OC if you post your drawing anywhere!
- Please do your best to follow their refsheets if you draw them!
- Drawing them in different outfits is okay but I'd appreciate if you keep in mind what suits their personality and aesthetic!
- You can always draw them with any of the characters in the relationships section of their bio!
- You can draw them with your characters as well, just no romantic ships please :)
Forbidden
- Please don't genderbend my characters!
- Please don't change their body types on purpose!
- Please try not to take too much inspiration from my characters! I understand that everyone does this sometimes, but I put a lot of my personality and interests and things that are special to me into my designs and backstories!
