TO REQUEST A COMMISSION: Once you sumbit your request on VGen I'll send you a message to confirmation. I handle private messages to be able to send advances with greater agility.

For direct and faster communication can be Twitter, Instagram or Discord.

I have the right to reject the request if I don’t feel comfortable with the order.

Once the sketch is sent and approved there is NO REFUND.

I won't take any responsability for any missundertsanding or mistake that may happen if you don't read these Terms of Service. Ignorance of them doesn't exempt from compliance.

Payments must be processed through VGen Payment System.

Full payment is required to start the artwork. Partial payments can be discussed only for commercial works.

Prices are handled in my currency (mxn), so the dollar price may change depending on it's devaluation.

Prices may increase over time!

All listed prices are for personal use only (as decoration on a web page, pfp, header, etc.) you can upload it to the internet but you must give credits.

I will send a sketch, where you can add or modify poses, expressions, if you want to add a character, etc. Depending on that the price could be increased.

Once the sketch is approved, I'll start cleaning / render it. At this point, you can no longer ask for huge changes.

More than 3 corrections will be charged an extra. (I only consider complex corrections, simple details that I can correct easily or was my mistake are not charged). So without regret you can point it out.

The deliveries will be sent by Drive or Gmail to better quality of the images.

My estimated delivery date can be from 2 weeks to a month, depending on the details of the commission. if I have problems you will be notified at the time. Likewise, I always try to send progress.

Please be patient, you can always check my Trello to track your commission.

If you want a commission to be made in a short period of time, Rush commission will cost extra:

25% base price = less than 2 weeks

40% base price = less than 1 week

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork.

I have the right to use the commission for Promotion Purposes (commissions samples), If you don't want to be public, mention it in the form.

It's prohibited to modify, trace or recoloring the final piece. This also includes the use of artificial intelligence programs (Midjourney, Dall-E, etc.).

TYPE A: Price x2 for promotional purposes (Twitch, Youtube, Vtuber branding, digital goods).

TYPE B: Price x3 for merchandise purposes (stickers, prints, acrylic charms).
