TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERALI may decline your commission if I'm not confident in taking your request, or for any other reasons. The final artwork will be digital.
REFUNDSIf approval of the sketch has been given - or lineart has already been placed, only partial refunds can be made depending on the amount of progress done.
PAYMENT
An invoice will be sent via Paypal.
Payment will be paid within 48 hours of approval.
Artist will not begin work until it is paid.
Maximum of 2 characters for any given commission type.
REVISIONS
Revisions can be requested during the initial sketch/thumbnailing stage, and at the final output.
Minor revisions can only be requested at the end. These include things like: missing a mole or scar; colour of accessory; general colour correction.
DELIVERY
Expect the commissions to be finished within 3 months.
Rush orders are not possible unless stated otherwise.
Deliverables will be given through E-mail with the files attached.
USEAGE
I reserve the right to the final artwork.
This commission is for Personal Use only. You may use the artwork as a profile picture, banner/header, and upload it online in social media or spaces like Toyhouse. You are allowed to print your commissioned piece for personal use.
Using this commission for Commercial purposes is prohibited. (ex. Selling the artwork as merch, business branding, or for profit)
You may not use this commission for any NFT/Blockchain/Image Generation AI Projects.
I can use the commission for my portfolio and/or as promotional material.
