In my first experience dealing with stolen characters, the situation was handled informally. I created this section to address the issue and prevent it from happening again in the future.I found myself in a situation where I was accused of owning a stolen character without my knowledge. People assumed I was assisting the suspect because they were my friend, and I was labeled as disgusting by the original owner for supporting my friend, who was also a victim.The way people approached the situation and assisted the original owner made me feel nervous. Some comments, like "You think you can get away with this? delete this" and "LMAO, imagine stealing," added to my anxiety. I would have appreciated a more understanding and patient approach, giving me time to respond. The way the issue was addressed felt passive-aggressive, constantly reminding me that the character was stolen.To prevent misunderstandings in the future, I kindly request that any concerns or issues be communicated directly to me instead of involving multiple people. This will help avoid unnecessary commotion and lead to a smoother resolution.I also want to acknowledge my mistake in reacting strongly towards the original owner. I misunderstood their messages as being passive-aggressive and was unaware of the "/lh" tone indicator. I apologize for my reaction and any offense caused.Furthermore, I would like to clarify that it was my friend who informed me about the stolen character. As a result, I requested the original owner to remove my friend from their blacklist. I apologize for any confusion or miscommunication that may have arisen from my previous statements.I hope this explanation provides clarity and paves the way for better communication in the future.

• 》  All pricing is set in USD via Kofi (Link by Default) or PayPal (invoice or link.me).
• 》  Payment must be received within 48 hours before I send the design to you.
• 》  No refunds will be provided once payment is made. Please make your decision carefully before completing the payment.
     +  If you accidentally overpay, please let me know before I transfer the design, as I would consider it a tip. However, I will also inform you if you've overpaid by accident, and I'll gladly refund the extra amount upon your request.
• 》  If you are purchasing through a third-party voucher or gifting the design to someone else, please inform me in advance.

• 》  I (YunieOriginal) own the rights to the artwork(s) and can showcase them in my portfolio and on social media.
• 》  My art and designs cannot be used for NFT creation, AI learning, or problematic content.
• 》  NSFW art is permitted if you are 18 years or older and the character is portrayed as an adult.
  ✧. ┊** DESIGN USAGE POLICY ˚➶ ｡˚**

• 》  The designs are for personal use only. For commercial use, please contact me for further discussion.
• 》  You can use the design as you wish for character creation purposes, gender, pronouns, history, story outfits, etc. Discriminatory usage of my designs will not be tolerated.
• 》  You can make minor edits to the designs as long as the original elements are still recognizable. Please keep at least 50% of the original design.
    +  Allowed edits:  color-changing, alternative color palette, adding/removing some details, different clothes, hairstyles, etc
     +  Not allowed:  redesign until it is a different character, whitewashing, de-transitioning
     +  If the design belongs to a closed species, consult the appropriate species staff before making changes to species traits.
• 》  Retain the original, unedited version of the design as proof of ownership and in case of future changes in ownership.
• 》  Major changes or redesign need to consult me first.
• 》  You can create alternate versions of the design as you see fit. You can choose to include or exclude my designs from any closed species.
• 》  If the alternate versions belong to a closed species, please refer to the species policy regarding alternate forms.
  ✧. ┊** TRANSFERING & CHARACTER DELETION POLICY ˚➶ ｡˚**

• 》  DO NOT TRADE OR SELL MY DESIGNS TO ANYONE ON THE BLACKLIST.
• 》  All designs have a 2 week cooldown before they can be transferred. Please be aware of cooldown times and other transactional guidelines within the species.
     +  You must also update their respective CS Masterlist whenever my design is transferred.
• 》  Co-ownership of my designs is not permitted. This is to avoid potential conflicts and ensure my comfort with the ownership of my designs.
• 》  DO NOT Delete the ORIGINAL character profile without my knowledgement.
     +  If you uploaded a new character profile and included the original design, PLEASE give credit to @YunieOriginal BOTH as the original designer and for the original artwork.
• 》  You are allowed to gift, trade, or sell the designs based on how you acquired them. If the character belongs to a closed species, adhere to their specific transferring rules instead of my terms.
     +  For characters originally obtained as freebies or through raffles, you can only gift them if no art has been added.
     +  If you received the character through a trade, you can gift or trade it. You may also resell it if art was added.
     +  If you received the character through a sale, you can gift, trade, or sell it, but not for more than the original worth you paid.
• 》Do not sell / inflate characters for more than they are worth.
     +  When rehoming an adoptable, ensure transparent information about its value and how you acquired it. Keep a record of artwork prices for transparency.
     +  Personal and commissioned art can contribute to the worth based on your commission price or the amount you paid.
     +  Traded and gifted art cannot add on monetary values.
• 》  I do not revoke designs as it belongs to their respective owner. In the case of the owner breaking my TOS, they cannot obtain any other designs from me but still can transfer current designs they own.
• 》  DO NOT transfer adult-themed designs with NSFW art to underage users.

• 》  DO NOT give my designs to anyone from this list. They have violated my TOS, and their specific reasons for being on the list are added beside their names. Some have personal reasons that will not be stated.
     +  If you're an associate or a friend, please understand that you are taking responsibility for their behavior. If you want to help your friend get off my list, they must take responsibility and reach out to me first, as they are the ones who caused the problem.
     +  If you're an associate or a friend interested in buying my designs, please refrain from giving my designs to them, as doing so will result in you also being added to the list.
